Never had any problem until this time we got 2 cups of coffee it was old and cold and it took 7 minutes. The 2 staff looked like they were forced to work. Won't go to that one again.

This was so awkward and uncomfortable I'm actually stunned to speak. I work in food service (10 years) & I don't think I've see. It this bad.I walked in & the staff looked at me & didn't say a word. I figured they were busy so I waited. They were working and kept walking up to the register to check in mobile orders or something. Still no word. Over 10 minutes passed and the employee walked up again and stared at me. I didn't know if she was still busy or ready to take my order. I said hello & she rudely said ready? I just ordered a water at that point. She didn't say anything. I said please & thank you because maybe she was having a bad shift. She dropped off my water and not a single spoken. All I heard was "ready?".

Worst experience I've had they gave me a drink that taste like it had bad milk I asked for a remade they rolled there eyes and just added pumps of brown sugar I asked for a remake and they all giggled in between each other talking madness. If they don't know how to make drinks or have customer service they shouldn't be working at Starbucks. There's more jobs.

I got a pumpkin cold brew today, I got one a couple days ago at this location and it was really good. Today...not so much. The foam was good, but the coffee was sour. It was like it was sitting out a while and got bad. It was super unpleasant and I couldn't finish it. I ended up tossing 90% of it away. I'm not one to complain face to face, so I didn't say anything to them. I was just very disappointed.

The girls working on Sunday (Sarai) March 20th gave the worst service. I ordered two of the same drinks and you can tell difference in color. Her and the other coworker there were giving shitty service. No "hello" or "thank you" "have a good day" you know the regular customer service ethics. For me being a loyal customer to both target and Starbucks I've never experience such bad service before. It was weird and awkward.

Disappointed that I ordered a Venti was charged and got a grande. I have a gift card so didn't realize size until I went back next day and saw size of venti that I ordered again.  "c'est la vie"

Starbucks is Starbucks drinks are basically consistent. The workers at this location are rude and unprofessional. I'm not sure what type of training they receive. I'm guessing none. Just a simple hello and listening to orders, getting right, and handing customers their drinks courtesy, that's all that is required, but seems hard for the girls that I've dealt with at this location.

Terrible! Asked for lite ice on both my drinks both my drinks got extra mf ice im pissed don't want to return because I rather never come back here for star bucks target off 60 and central is A1 compared to this!
