Great little place to grab a coffee and stay in or in the large outdoor patio area. Surrounded by a multitude of shops and restaurants parking WILL be a challenge. But what place isn’t these days? Easy to find and staff was friendly and efficient.Parking: The immediate parking is usually full. It has plenty of peking nearby but it’s shared with a multitude of other businesses. It’s not normally a quick in and out for me.Kid-friendliness: Huge courtyard for the kids to play and run around. It’s open, so you have to still keep your eye out for them

I just can't believe they allow dogs to stay inside the premise. I love dogs, but inside the restaurant is a no. There's plenty of space and seating outside. Workers should be vigilant about enforcing no pets inside the dining area.

They make good drinks but my complaint is about how it takes very long to get my order every time I go here, I try to go to other locations more but if I have to go here I know that I will have to wait a long time

Very slow, they are not really what supposed to be . I spent 20 minutes just to get order. They made wrong order then replace it said sorry because she on the counter and they guy who was making order was busy in talks with customer.Not recommending

If I could give no stars I would, horrible customer service, I had to ask for my drink multiple times before it was given to me. Baristas are very rude and it wasn't even that busy. New trainee needs to learn manners

It was my first time at this location. It looked like they were having a fun event outside but they were still setting up when I got there in the morning. It is in a busy plaza! Be prepared to look for parking. There's a large sitting area outside with nice clean patio. People were nice and friendly. I like that the online orders and in stores orders were separated which kept things less crowded and easy to see what drink is yours. Across the street is a Crumbl and this location is near a freeway.

I've been working in the Chino/Chino Hills area for about 5 years now and I love coming to this Starbucks. The service is ALWAYS (literally) super friendly and the drinks come out quickly and as-ordered. This store is particularly well-maintained and is usually well-stocked with their grab and go food and beverage items. The last time I was here (2/14/2023) I ordered a grande Emperor's Clouds and Mist tea and if they could serve it to me at a cooler, more drinkable temperature since I didn't have a lot of time but I wanted to enjoy my tea and do some journaling while I was in the store. They were super gracious and my tea was served at the temperature for me to enjoy. I also had an experience here not long ago where I was hoping to purchase an a la carte' banana but they informed me that those have been discontinued, to my dismay. The barista that was serving me offered me a pre-packaged container of fresh blueberries to purchase instead, which was exactly what I needed! I look forward to returning to this store.

I started using Starbucks App with several cards on the App (now I transfer the balances and only have one card left), but when I went to this location, I had an issue getting it straightened. One of the baristas, Josslyn, went above and beyond helping me out that day to use the App. It was a few weeks ago, while reading the tipping etiquette article online this morning, my interaction with her during that rainy day came to mind. I asked for her name and she told me it is 2 Ss... I believe good behaviors need to be recognized. Not only I left tips (appreciation of her services) but also want to post here so that the world, especially her boss, may know.

Very fun and positive energy. all the employees were very kind, smiling, and patient. i had an issue with my gift card and the cashier was very nice and helped me out. I always appreciate good vibes at a coffee shop. Simple things like this just lift my spirits for the day :)
