Worst service I've ever had at a subway. Rude worker. And I walking in with the biggest smile and even that seemed to bug them... besides that they litteraly had moldy spinach just sitting on top of good 1.

Great place to eat always friendly these comments about the employees being rude are obnoxious. They are always so nice. Some people just like to have their butt kissed whenever they go somewhere. I read the other comments and if employees want to make fresh cookies for themselves what's wrong with that? Some people are so entitled. Keep up the good job subway.

Worst place!! Customer service is the absolute worst. Came to eat with my husband yesterday and got upset quickly bc while we were eating the 3 employees one name David thought it was a good idea to talk negatively about previous customers while my husband and I were actually eating out meal there. I asked to speak to the person in charge and she david refused to give me her name and she didn't want to come out to speak to me. I wrote a long email to corporate and requested they give owner a copy if my complaint. I feel sorry for that owner bc her employees were baking cookies for them to eat bc the girl that was making it said it taste better freshly made. Meanwhile their cookie display was full. I'll never go there again and I hope the owner does something about these unprofessional employees she has. I asked to talk to owner and they said she was on maternity leave. Anywho I don't recommend.

Long wait. Three behind counter but seemed to run in slow motion. Meatball sandwich had very little meat and sauce. Chicken sub chicken pieces didn't taste so good. Roast beef sub was good but needed more sauce.

The employee by the name of Daniel was very rude to me because of his own incompetence of being able to take an order right! I don’t know if this kid is on some kind of medication but I had to keep telling him the items I wanted on my sandwich. He claimed also to not have any avocados but never even went to look for some in the back and no notice was put out to inform customers that they were out of avacado. When he was charging me he couldn’t get it right that I wanted one as a combo then got frustrated and told me that I was being rude! They are obviously over worked cuz they only had two people helping a full store of customers! He was very unprofessional and it seemed that all his piercings were getting in the way of him being able to listen properly to the customers. Daniel needs to go back to training or get a different job cuz you obviously can’t handel the pressure of making a sandwich and charging the customer correctly much less being nice and respectful. Maybe he needs to go get his ears checked since he can’t hear the order right when you say it regular but then wants to say something to the customer cuz we have to shout it to him! Please hire competent employees!

WOW! Now this is what I call customer service! Lourdes was amazing from start to finish. I was welcomed in as soon as I walked in, she gave me recommendations and even got me to try something new that was delicious.I came in for a sandwich and ended up getting a combo lol .as she was helping me she acknowledged everyone coming in and said she would be right with them. I went as far as giving her my business card because that’s the type of employee I would want working for me. Keep up the amazing work Lourdes, I hope management see it, and if they don’t, give me a call, I would hire you on the spot! Thank you for your wonderful service.

Only one guy on the shift? but got to say he was very effcient he made about 6 different sandwiches including myns in less than 10min. He needs a raise.

I went there with my 3, under 10 year old, grandkids and total for us 4 was $36. That was outrages....they got the small kids' sandwich and I got a small sandwich. WOW I could not believe the price. I will never go to a Subway again. When I questioned the male supervisor he didn't really care. He just said that's the prices.
