Whatever you do, go to a different subway. I was down the street and decided to go to Safeway so I came to this one and as the guy was putting the olives on my sandwich, I noticed that one of the olives literally fell on the countertop and he picked it up and put it on the sandwich. Not only is that, disgusting but he didn't even care. The next problem is that their scanner does not work. I use a SUBWAY® gift card to buy my sandwiches and if I didn't have Apple Pay on my phone. He wasn't going to even give me the sandwich. It's not my fault That they don't fix their machines. I never bring my wallet down to Subway because I have the app. He wouldn't offer anything else. I wanted to redeem my free cookie. He couldve at least given me a cookie for good customer service. The subway was dirty and I won't be coming back to this location

Grace was excellent. We made a mistake on our order I read it wrong and she was able to fix it for us and was very pleasant about it. Highly appreciated ?. Also the guy was helping another customer while I was getting food. Very helpful overall.

I have a great experience every time I walk through this subway's doors. Stacy always helps me out. Her and her co-workers work diligently as they work on giving me the best sandwhich. I drive 20 mins from my house just to make sure I get the best sandwhich. I have and will continue to keep coming to this subway!

What is the point of Subway mailing out coupons when half the stores don't accept them and you have to jump through hoops at other stores to use them? I frequent this location and bypass 2 other stores closer to me because this location accepts coupons. Went in today to use a buy 1 get 1 free foot long and after making the sandwiches found out that the store couldn't accept my coupon. The cashier tried to enter in the code and it wouldn't work. A manager was called over and they couldn't input the code. I was charged full price for both sandwiches when the only reason I went in to begin with was because of the coupon. Extremely frustrating for me and I really don't see why they couldn't have just charged me for 1 foot long and sent me on my way.

While I understand this is Subway, it's no mystery why this business model is failing Nationwide. My family and I visit this location a few times a month and usually it's due to our Daughter's suggestion. While spending 28 dollars on two 6" inch combos and a kids meal may seem to be the norm in Biden's America, what disappoints the most is the lack of basic customer service. My wife and I had to repeat our sandwich selections to the employee repeatedly. Amazingly enough, they still managed to get it wrong. While I understand everyone makes mistakes, when two customers repeat your error two you and the response is to completely ignore anything said and proceed to wrap the sandwiches anyway; I have to object the whole "we deserve a living wage argument". Adding more insult to injury, they couldn't even ring up the order correctly on the register. I'm no rocket scientist, but three people, three sandwiches, three chips tend to equal three combos. To me it seems pretty straight forward. Oh, pay station, would I care to tip this employee 15% 18% 20% ? How about No, they couldn't even get a sandwich right. In another twist of events, after paying for the combos, I had to ask the same employee, "what about my drinks..?" To which the response was, "oh, the fountain isn't working, just grab whatever 20 oz is in the cooler". So this establishment was more than happy to allow me to pay for something and let me walk out the door without it. Again, a simple heads up would have been helpful. In conclusion, I'm done with Subway, done with this establishment. Wrong way, eat last....Ended up taking my Wife through nearby Del Taco because apparently the closer white Mayo squeeze bottle looks exactly like the further yellow Mustard one.

I recently went last Tuesday to order ahead for a corporate event the following day. When I arrived there were no customers in the restaurant. the girls behind the counter did not acknowledge me she continued working on a sandwich , went to the back for a few seconds and proceeded to making another sandwich. my daughter stood there for a good 3 minutes without any acknowledgement or eye contact. The message was received loud and clear our business wasn’t needed or welcomed so we left and went across the street to Jimmy Johns.

I ordered online and called in to be to be sure somehow messed up my sandwich. Didn't even cut it. Just terrible. I asked them to double toast it and they gave me a legit cold sandwich I took the bacon out cause I don't think it's cooked.

If I could leave less than one star I would. As a customer and a human being, I expect to be treated with respect and that's not what I received. I called in about my order being wrong and spoke to "Stacey" and she was beyond rude, called me a liar, and was unhelpful. I then proceeded to call the owner Tanuja or the person in charge that Stacey had told me about. I tried to explain the situation to her just to have her be rude, and cut me off to say there is nothing she can do and hangs up on me. Clearly the employees are rude because the owner is rude and that's how they're going to treat their customers. I will not be getting my food here again and I'll make sure to tell others not to support this business if this is how they handle their customers.

Worst subway I have ever been to. The place is filthy and the girl working there "Stacy" kept touching her hair and touching the food. Then when I asked if there was mold on the cheese she tried to hide it and cut it off and used it. She was so rude and told me I could go somewhere else. To many places now are giving poor product and horrible service and don't care. Choose to spend your money on businesses that still value their customers I tried to speak to the owner and she said she didn't believe me and hung up on me

Worst owner and owner employees. They don't care about their customers, food quality or community. The girl was busy flirting with her boyfriend when I was trying to rush on my lunch hour. She said as the only one making sandwiches and probably lied about her name "Stacy". She then was touching her face and rubbing her nose and touching the food so I asked if she could make another sandwich with gloves and she started throwing things. I told her there was a roach on the floor behind her and she asked what I wanted her to do about it. I tried to talk to the owner Tanuja, but she hung up on me. I won't ever be back here again. There's much better places in the community that care about their food quality, cleanliness and customers.
