Horrible! It is like the sandwich maker is doing a favor to you while making a sandwich. Repeatedly requested more veggies since it was a veggie sandwich but it was ignored. Needed the sauce's on the side , the store did not have the lids for the container. I told him to cancel the sandwich, he refused to do it saying, it can be done online. Previously had a similar issue and had canceled the order but this time he could not cancel. He was very rude and started attending to other customers without answering. DO NOT GO OVER THERE. It's like we are at there mercy

Please change your store hours to closed in the morning. I have been here 2 times at 7:50 a.m. Walked into the store and they say they're closed because they are making an order for the school. I understand you get large orders but there are 3 things you can do. 1.Have more staff to accommodate your customers who walk into your store because your hours say your open. 2. Start the large sandwich order earlier so you can accommodate your walk in customers. 3. Change your store hours to closed and put a large sign that can be seen from Central saying you're closed. It is very frustrating to turn into the parking lot, park and get out of the car to only be told once you are inside the store that you're closed. Also, when I made the suggestion to your employees to please put a sign on the door, they were not very friendly and the girl's condescending "have a nice day" said in such a smart-Alec tone was absolutely so rude.

I stopped by this location on Sunday, Oct 22 to get 2 - 6 Inches sandwiches little after lunchtime for my family. In my last review I said I won't be coming back for a while. Boy, I was wrong to come back. But I have been going here for years since it opened on and off. As soon as I walked in, the worker says she is on her break and asked me if I can wait and I said yes, and she said sorry about that. There were no customers waiting inside, so it was perfect.I couldn't wait so I had to run out of the store and go to the other subway location that is doing little better than before. It is located in the Rite Aid shopping center. But boy, see the other yelp review. HAHAH! Geez! Something always goes wrong every time I step into these 2 stores. Universe says don't go to these businesses. I understand the labor laws states you can't work during the break. She could have made my sandwiches quickly and resume her break? Can you do that?NOTE: Management, please put at least 2 people at all times. If you are not making a good business and don't want to put the second worker, why don't you work instead for couple hours during the rush hours. I was hopeful for improvement! I AM NOT SURE IF I WILL COME BACK AGAIN! LOL! I love their sandwiches.The pictures attached are from last review.

I arrived 30 minutes before closing since I just arrived back in town from work. Ordered flat bread but apparently still frozen. Changing my bread no problem. Then before I could start my order was told they aren’t doing hot sandwiches. Only cold. Simply said never mind and walked out.

I had coupon for footlong for $6.99. I been at this location before and they accepted this coupon. I went today, double checked again and she said they do accept the Subway coupon. Gave her coupon and my order. She said ok and to hand coupon when I checked out. When I check out and scan coupon. She said it didn't work. She called her peer to help. The peer said it doesn't work on the series and left. That is lie because I use before on series. Very rude peer. Pay full price. $6.99 became double $14.00. If they told me they did not take it to begin with, I would have ordered something else. Beware of scams here. Dishonest business practices.

The worst subway I've had. The bread was so hard and nasty so was the meat. Then the girl that was making it had attitude and making the sandwich with no effort. Lastly the soda was flat!! I work near by and would usually go but never again . I'm sitting at my desk wanting to throw up!!!

Employee was not happy to help us but did her job. They have limited items. When I asked why, the response was “that is what we have”. I’m guessing it is due to supply chain issues but who knows with that response.Food was fresh and sandwiches were ok.Outside was trashed. They have a trashcan by the front door and it was so full that people were piling more on top. The wind was blowing it around the parking lot and many of the items were subway wrappers or cups. If this was my store, I would of been embarrassed and had someone go out and pick it up.We will pass on stopping at this franchise again.

Have eaten subway all over the world and i can clearly say this was the “worst” experience ever. Sauces tasted weird. The guy didnt know how to wrap it. When i opened it everything fell apart. Ours was a takeout order and he just left our order unhygienically open and when we got in he was serving someone else. Highly not recommended to have a subway from this place.

I had bought a gift card which gave me a receipt for a free 6-in sandwich that couldn't be used till the following week nobody has honored it and now the QR code on the receipt faded out from Heat

I always use my app to order ahead and pick up and so far everything's been very smooth. By the time I show up my order is ready. Once I get home, I checked my order in. So far everything has been correct ??

We have a few subways in our area but this one was a game changer. The service was great, the young lady had a great personality and great customer service. The sandwiches were great.

Walk into the store, I person ahead of me, that person left with their order, 2 more men walked in the store behind me, the sandwich lady said give me a momment please. She started making 2 sandwiches , looked.like those 2en called them in. NOT. I am pacing looking at drinks and she looks at the 2 men and said...CAN I HELP YOU? IN AMAZEMENT. I WALKED OUT OD THE STORE. THE LADY KNEW I WAS NEXT AND DIDNT FACE ME AND ASK, HOW XAN I HELP YOU! ☹?

Rebecca was very polite, courteous, and very professional about her customer service. I enjoyed her southern hospitality in everything she did. She mentioned that she is new to the area with the job, I honestly don't know how long she's been employed but she deserves praise for how attentive she is. Thank you girl, you made my sandwich amazing i enjoyed it and will enjoy the other half of it when I'm off work.
