The facilities or clean and sanitary. The sandwich artist greeted each patron with a smile and hospitable attitude. Sandwich artist, kaila was some very professional and polite. Totally recommend this place 10/10

I recently visited Subway and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. I ordered two Titan turkey sandwiches, but the male employee with yellow hair handed me a bag containing only two slices of ham. This mistake left me quite frustrated as it didn't align with my expectations.The incorrect order affected my overall satisfaction, and I hope the staff pays closer attention to customer requests. While I appreciate the effort, I recommend improving order accuracy for a better customer experience.

Only had one poor guy working alone (right when the nearby high school dismissed). Everything I ordered, they just happened to be out of. Not friendly!

Wow. The other reviewers were right. We were not greeted at all when we walked in. One employee looked bothered that we walked in. This has to be the worst subway I've ever been to. Bread was not fresh, the veggies weren't either. The cookies were over baked and stale like they had been there a few days. I hope someone pays attention to these reviews and makes some changes there. You can do better!

What a huge disappointment, I ordered online specifically so I did not have to wait. When I arrived, they said they had no knowledge of my order, after they found my order, they started making it, so I had to sit there and wait. Then last minute they tell me they do not have the veggies required to fulfill my order. Never coming back.

Horrible! I will never go there. I had placed online order for 2 sandwiches, I want see it build in front of me so I placed the order that manner. The person who was making the sandwich his name is Ashton was very rude , did not listen to my request of adding more veggies. I requested to have the sauce's on the side and he did not have leads to the small cups. I asked him to put in a soup bowl and he answered that they don't serve soup.( which I already knew that Subway does sell it) . So I told him to cancel my order since I could not have the sauce's on the side. He said he could not do it because the manager was not there and , I should do it on my end. There is no option to cancel the order online once you place it. I was waiting there because there was another customer. Again , I asked him to cancel it while there were other customers who came in and he started helping them . I asked for his name and he was far so I could not hear him and he ignored me. At this point I really lost my cool because he was very rude. The subway is on Fairfield Road in Chino hills. The other one is on Soquel canyon which worst than the Fairfield Road. It's like the workers are doing a favor to the customer in making the sandwiches and has a very bad attitude. Never going back to Fairfield Road Subway!

I came here right away after another store on FAIRFIELD RANCH ROAD was on her break. I wasn't able to wait so I left to come here. By the time, I got here, I am sure her break was over. Hahaha!This store made some improvements and I liked that.The new girl worker who took my order DID NOT HAVE ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE. Earlier, I had to wait for her to finish up the phone order or to go orders. She looked like she is depressed or don't want to be there. I didn't see any smile on her face while other 2 order ladies in the back of the store were laughing doing their duties. There goes the time.....Now we have 3 people vs 1 person at the other store. UUUGHHGH!I got my 2 sandwiches combo and it was perfectly fine but not the best.I will not come back again, for a long time! Universe tells me not to come back to this store and the Fairfield store!The photo attached are from last review.

Disappointed and grossed out by the cleanliness of this establishment. After ordering today I noticed the cooler where the meat and veggies are kept had mold in the cooler. This was just one side that I got a picture of, but it was all over the cooler. This place needs a visit from a health inspector pronto!

Took 20 minutes to get a sandwich. Employees were very nice, but they were focused on online and app orders. Took too long waiting in line.

Bad experience today at this Subway. I ordered to go from my app and when I arrived, my sandwiches were packed up and ready to go. When I opened them at home, they were a wreck! I asked for mayo and mustard and it was so overdone that mayo and mustard was all over the wrapping and outside of the bread. The red onions were mostly on the outside of the sandwich and had to be placed inside. I had to get a knife and scrape off as much mayo and mustard as I could for these sandwiches to be edible. I looked inside the bag for napkins and they were wadded up and looked like they were trash instead of new napkins....No pride of doing a good job. My 4 footlongs were a mess. Will think twice before using this Subway again.

I had an amazing service from mackelle.. he was outstanding and helped me a lot .. I just wondered why he was alone... He got busy but he is very professional and patient. I am glad I came I really hope he gets a raise because I already know how these corporation company's are about saving money and trying to get that bonus at the end of the year... I hope y'all get mackelle serve you. I left so damn happy !!! And it was FRESH!!!!!!!!!!!

This subway intentionally stays closed and turns off their online ordering when they feel like it. They have been closed an hour into their 7 am opening time
