Can't go wrong with some Sunright! This location is clean, staff is friendly, and service was super fast. We ordered through the kiosk and about a minute later our drinks were ready. I love the consistency - got my usual drink that I always get at the Eastvale location. Even with customizations, it tasted the exact same (:

Order head before you come, i came in the AM & not from the area.. there was only 1 kiosk & a older man was taking FOREVERRR. I was a little annoyed cause i had to wait but what is even more annoying is that the workers saw the old man struggling & didnt offer to help him or take my order. I just had to wait & at that point, i didnt even want my boba anymore. I get it, a lot of placed are becoming more automated but the fact that we couldnt even get a greeting or acknowledgement is BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE & this location doesnt deserve my $6.50 for boba!

Best milk tea spot around IMO. Cream pudding milk tea is my favorite. And the Chino location is always spot on with the cream pudding ratio. The Diamond Bar location is right by my house but they skimp on the pudding so worth the extra drive to Chino

Amazing spot. Love the idea of only ordering on the tablet, I think it boosts the efficiency and I can imagine it's saved the employees from having to deal with not-to-smart customers/questions lol. Despite coming in on a crowded and busy day, my drinks came out in a timely fashion, faster than some places I've been to where I was the only customer, and the workers are very kind. I love the variety of options and customizations, definitely my new go-to place.

Our love for Sunright drinks is real! My kids went for the Brown Sugar Boba Milk and Oreo Brown Sugar Boba, and they can't get enough. As for me, the 25% sweetness in my Fruit Tea with no ice is just perfect--refreshing and utterly delicious without the guilt. The service was not only fast but also friendly, and the added bonus of free parking makes it a hassle-free experience. While there are no seats or tables inside, the grab-and-go setup suits our on-the-move lifestyle perfectly!

Not a fan of this location. My usual at all Sunright locations is the green tea 1/2 sweet. For some reason, the green tea at this location tasted off and watered down. Parking was also quite the nightmare when I came - not Sunright's fault but it definitely added to the meh experience. The staff were friendly and greeted people who walked in however ambiance was so hectic. There were so many people just standing around and you can't tell who is in line to order and who is waiting. Maybe some signage would be helpful to reduce the chaos. I love Sunright but won't return to this one.
I ordered a jasmine green tea and it literally tasted like generic Lipton tea. I will not return.

I've impressed with the cleanliness and the self kiosk ordering makes everything simple. drinks are made well and they have plenty of staff to make sure things are running smoothly. also it's nicely decorated for the holiday! ORDER: Matcha Oolong Milk Tea, 75% sweet, regular ice + boba : this drink was not very sweet which was a win for us. You could tell that they use real matcha powder and not sugary filler. Panda Milk Tea, 75% sweet, less ice: still really sweet considering we toned down the level and I would've gotten 50% next time. overall nice flavor of tea Strawberry Jasmine Tea + cheese foam, 75% sweet, no ice: refreshing, cool, not too sweet - perfect balance of flavors. you can taste the jasmine in it as well and the bits of strawberry pieces add a nice texture too.

Came across this boba shop because another in the area was closed. This was a day after thanksgiving! Going into the boba shop, you self order. All their drinks look so good! Love the swirl cup situation they have going on. I tried the Matcha Oolong Milk Tea, which I've never had the two mixed in one before, and I enjoyed it! Definitely strong taste of matcha. Service was quick and easy. They were still open to asking if we needed help.

My husband and I ordered the Oreo Brûlée and the Matcha drink. Both are delicious and always satisfies our sweet tooth . No complaints on the service . Staffs are always friendly . Ambiance is good and inviting.

I visited on 11/17/23 at 7 pm and ordered two boba milk teas with grass jelly. Unfortunately, both drinks were missing the boba. When I brought this to their attention, they DID NOT apologized but offered to remake the drinks. However, their idea of remaking them involved pouring out half of the tea and jelly, causing a mess that left the cups sticky and the table splattered. To make matters worse, when I inquired about the sugar levels in the drinks, ( I ordered different kind) the staff couldn't distinguish between them due to the mix-up because she removed the label when the milk tea leaking out. She suggested me to try both before giving out to my friend. Wow!!! This kind of mind set made me concerned about hygiene practices at the store. Additionally, I noticed that the working station was quite messy and the staff seemed inexperienced, lacking proper knowledge about their tasks. I hope this feedback helps to address the decline in service standards at a place that used to be known for its quality and cleanliness.
