Authentic hole in the wall! This a mom and pop hidden in Chino. I have eaten lots of Taiwanese food in my life is this as authentic as you can find (outside Taiwan) The pork cutlet combo is a great deal for $11. The pork was juicy, the tomato egg was great, and even the jasmine tea was well done. I was curious about their other items and I am happy to report the Taiwanese meatball (something you can't find at most Taiwanese restaurants) was great. It's more of a grab and go type or place, but they do have seating outside. No frazzle dazzle, but that's what I like - the food is the main focus here and it shows. Absolutely delicious

Everything so far tonight was great! had some perfect weather coming through the Inland empire, spent a lovely day on self care, and productive improvements on my daily successes! Then came the hunger...as I was craving something that I haven't had in such a long time which was clam soup, I decided to look around to find something worthy of my taste buds! I found this little shack through the efforts of the internet and decided to give this place a try. A total of $60+ for a meal, I was able to come across my long time favorite soup with other dishes I had ordered for my family. Then here comes the truth of it all, the audacity and I would say outright gross way to be served soup is to find some type of spider or bug floating around dead in your soup! If it was clam and bug soup served from the back alleys of a strip mall, then that's on you fam! But do not give me clam soup that I was planning on sharing with my family that has bugs in it!!! If I have the power to do anything, I would like for this place to seriously consider how they really serve to their community and to their patrons. My suggestion, avoid the clam soup if possible!

Best Taiwanese food in the area. Mainly for ToGo orders. There is an outdoor tent that holds a couple tables for sit down dining. Pretty consistent food quality. Give it a try if you haven't already.

Extremely slow and expensive for its portion of each dish. It is painful to order here. A lot of staff but no one seems knowing what has been ordered. Poor management. Vegetable is flavorless. Great location. I guess Chino residents will have to bear with this.

Legit Taiwanese food in the Chino area. Tool a chance and drove from Anaheim hills over here. Was not disappointed. The oyster pancake, stinky tofu, fried mochi, spicy wontons, and popcorn chicken Vento boxes are good. Their sides even include bamboo which is not common. They have a lot of frozen homemade stuff like xiao long bao, stinky tofu for hot pot, sausages, etc. So worth the trip. Fyi, some items are North/Taipei style but still tasty.

Discovered this hidden gem through facebook group sharing. So glad there is a Taiwanese restaurant nearby my home. So far I tired pork thick soup and fried pork chop combo plate and it all tastes good. Highly recommend !!

One of the hidden gems in ethnic Taiwanese food within... 10 miles. The core traditional dishes are great and keep us coming back: Pork Belly rice, GuaBao with Pork Belly, Stewed Chicken (called 3 flavors chicken by some), the soup rice noodle dishes, the great traditional appetizers and many others. But what really stands out is how hard they try to bring some variations to the menu every week: Special order daily family combos, with dishes announced a few days ahead of time and orders taken in their Line account. A great deal and home made taste - may be a bit bland for those not used to Taiwanese home made meals, add more salt or soy sauce yourself. Side dishes that changes daily to accompany the bentos. Special or seasonal dishes - orders taken way in advance in Line. Anyways, this is not an advertisement for the place, but I really think they've got it right, and I know people driving 10 miles or 20 minutes to this place!

6 stars for food and 1 star deduction for location. Will definitely go regularly if it's closer to where I live. I posted the online ordering QR. Call and keep trying if busy, their robotic message for busy line almost made me turn away because it was a 30 min detour for my trip. This is just another Taiwanese authentic restaurant underrated and a 2 hr wait easily if in Norcal (I always mention cuz 20 years in Norcal and just sad the chance to find something like this is 1 in a million). Ordered stinky tofu and no complaints on the sauce, the marinated cabbage and the stinkiness. It sounds easy but I don't find it in many places. Ordered Satay beef chow mein and it was crazy because I could actually taste satay and you knew it was not just restaurant satay powder product. If it was, still respect to make it so real and tasty. Gotta go back to try other snacks.

JUST OK! The food is not too bad. The serving is too small for the price. If you want "bang for your bucks," don't come here. Here is the breakdown of what I ordered. 1. Fried Oyster - they are cooked with the batter of popcorn chicken. Photos here showed more larger oyters than what I had 2. Taiwanese sausage - well they are just cut sausages with slices of raw garlic. The photo showed it differently. I thought it would have that sticky rice shaped like a bun as what another reviewer mentioned 3. Kuapao - it's good but not great. Again, $7.50 for that small thing 4. Milk Tea - jasmine tea with milk and oh boy too much sugar. Husband loves sweet but this one is just overly sweet. $5 and does not even have boba. There are better tea shops that offer better ones around the area. This is just the 2nd time I tasted their food. The portions have gotten smaller. I thought I'd try food in menu I never tasted before but I was disappointed. And hey, don't forget napkins. I always give 15% or more tip since pandemic coz I feel bad for the restaurants but please get it right. Napkins are a basic and should always be included. Not my first choice of restaurant when I want to eat Taiwanese food again.
