Pretty authentic Taiwanese food. I always order a bunch if we are around the area. ? (Some items are okay though not the best and not the typical flavors you would get from twaiwan for example the spicy wontons are wayyyy too spicy) My favorites so far are Stinky tofu, milk fish soup or porridge, Gua bao (pork bun) , varieties of bento boxes, some of the frozen food items such as the dumplings and wontons.

Ordered the chicken steak (delicious and huge portion)Stinky tofu (with kimchi??)??Stinky Tofu King Kimchi must be ordered for an additional $2.99?Meatballs (very authentic, pink sauce and sweet)Crispy fried oysters (husband said they were delicious)and two cups of jasmine milk tea (you can’t adjust the sweetness, but the sweetness is just right). The prices are affordable and everything is delicious. I thought there were only two or three tables and not many seats, but it turned out that the yogart next door also belongs to them, and the seats are very spacious. Comfortable, will come again next time!Taiwan No.1??????????

This is a very authentic Taiwanese eatery located in a very quiet shopping center in Chino. All dishes were very similar to an average restaurant in Taiwan. Fried intestines were good and the stew pork rice was pretty good as well. They have recently removed outdoor seating and the indoor seatings only have room for around 6-8 people sitting snuggly. But yesterday, they opened the yogurt shop next door (same ownership as the restaurant) that’s closed for the winter, but with plenty of comfortable seats. The service was friendly and attentive. A good find in a non-Chinese neighborhood.Vegetarian options: Some vegetarian options here, but not a whole lot.Parking: This mall is nearly deserted during our visits on the past 4-5 years. So, plenty of spaces.Wheelchair accessibility: Only on the yogurt shop, not in the restaurant.

It does take sometime for them to prepare the food. But, the food is very authentic and to have these type of dishes in Chino is a God sent. Love this place. The price is not bad relative to even fast food. recommended.

First time here and it hit the spot! I ordered 4 things but forgot to take a pic of the iced green tea:1. Wontons topped with chili over steamed bokchoy (I think... might be some other steamed greens). I thought it might be like wontons in spicy sauce from Din Tai Fung but it wasn't. Somewhat similar flavor profile, not sweet at all, and super spicy but also very flavorful! I made sure to eat this first so I could cool off my tongue with the other 2.2. Fried gua bao... so good! Perfectly soft bun pressed with crunchies, a sweet sauce (hoisin?), and pickled vegetables with tender, fatty pork belly.3. Vietnamese sausage with sticky rice. It also had a sweet sauce and pickled veggies, probably the same ones, but it was still very good. I'm American (European blood) but love Taiwanese food so this was such a treat. I have had some version of all of the above in various places but not like this and never for such a good price! They have a lot of options (double-sided menu with small writing) and many more things for me to try. This place is very small but since the owner's brother owns the frozen yogurt place next door and it's slow during the winter, they use the seating. I was there by myself and they had Christmas movies playing on the TV. It was very relaxing.

More of a takeout storefront than a real restaurant, but there are a few tables inside and outside. Fairly authentic basic taiwanese food is served here, if you come here I assume you know what you like but if you don't, the gua bao is a good place to start. I found the "thick soup" pretty filling as well. Many of the dishes are best shared, so I recommend 3-4 people eat together so you can try a few different things.Warning: the wontons in chili sauce is actually pretty spicy which I didn't mind, but it's not the most traditional way to spice that dish.

Small shop with crowded tables, foods are average for Taiwanese. They name as No. 1 cuisine which is overly exaggerated.

This restaurant is small and very busy, but yet they still have a great and friendly service. The food was just ok. I highly recommend the fried guabao, fried stinky tofu, and shave ice.

Dude, the food quality has become way better! The wife always craves home style Taiwanese authentic flavors so we are eating here more often than I would like.I have to say the Gua bao was on point. The texture of the pork, the fluffiness of the bread, the peanut spread, with cilantro all had played their part in making this the best thing on the menu. The fish cake were very chewy and the texture made me crave more. The last, but not the least, I did not enjoy the soggy fried chicken. To keep an open mind, I think it's because I had ordered this dish to go. I suggest you either pick the dish up right away or eat at the restaurant. (Please note the restaurant is super small). Good luck seating a party of 6.Overall eat, enjoy, and eat some more.

Food is fantastic and very authentic. I was surprised to find bawan here since I've only ever eaten it in Taiwan. Also ordered stinky tofu and the pork chop bento, which were both delicious. To top it all off, price was super affordable
