Terrible service at the drive thru this morning. First of all I had to update my credit card in the mobile app, it kept saying loading from the time I left Sam's club until I got to the window to order. I told the man on the mic and asked for help. He did not know how to help. So I went on and ordered to pay cash. It took forever to get 4 sausage biscuit one order of potatoes and a coffee. They had no other customers, it was 9:30, they were open since 6:30. WHAT THE HELL? The lady took the cash and gave me my order said she could not scan my QR code to give me my Reward points. She closed the window on me rudely and walked away. I had to honk my horn 5 times before the man came to the window to get my condiments: catsup, Splenda, and cream. They were extremely rude and acted like we were disturbing them by coming there to purchase breakfast. You guys owe me my reward points and an apology for a horrible experience. Until I hear from you I'll go to McDonald's and pick up our breakfast, they honor their mobile customers, and enforce their reward program.

One of the cleanest stores you will find. I always get my kids the 7 dollar biggie bag. Baconator and cup of chili is my go to and always delicious.

The probability of them messing up your food is higher than not, but benefit of the doubt to the restaurant for their inability to not rip their stockings on a runway and retain employees! No wonder the employees don't mind talking about one another or staff as you wait on your food to be messed up.

Came here for a quick lunch on a Sunday afternoon. The manager was very nice, pleasant and gives us good service. This is a spacious restaurant, and it's clean. We tried the pumpkins spice frosty, it's good!

I waited over 25 minutes for a 6Pc and Large Fry, not busy, 6 people ordered after me and I was the last to get my food. Absolutely atrocious time management and service. My cousin also ordered and got shorted on her food. Disappointed. Got eaten up by mosquitoes while waiting. I feel like I just went camping.
