Very disappointed coming to this location. My put an online order in at 9:40pm and didn’t get my order till 10:40pm. While I’m sitting in the lobby watching the Wingstop workers laughing and fooling around. Very unprofessional. Not only that, I got home and my order was wrong… like come on guys, get it together. This is embarrassing! Never again coming to this location

1st I walk into the restaurant to pick up my online order and it’s so messy and trashy. Food all over the floor in the kitchen the staff was just messing around don’t care to clean up walking all over everything. There station was so clutter with trash it was disgusting. If I didn’t pay for my food online I would have just walk out. Horrible horrible experience here. They need a manager on them. I hope management looks back into the cameras and see how dirty and unprofessional they where today 2/17 @8pm

Stopped by with my son for 70¢ wings on Monday (also available on Tuesdays), which is a great deal. This only applies to boneless wings. We got the garlic Parmesan, Louisiana Rub, and BBQ boneless wings. We also added the Louisiana Voodoo Fries (cheese sauce, ranch, and their signature Cajun seasonings). The food was hot and fresh, it was all good (especially the fries), and the service was excellent. There are a couple of other locations that we have visited (West Covia, Covina, and Glendora) where the service was not as good. The people here were super helpful and actually friendly, which I truly appreciated.I rated the atmosphere a three because there were no trash cans inside so there were several tables in the dining area where people had left their big paper bags filled with trash and they hadn't been cleared out (not shown in my photo). Other than that, the area was still clean enough.

This location is unorganized, understaffed and untrained on customer service.Completely ignored when trying to pick up my online order, which was sitting on the shelf the whole time.

My order was wrong I got 2-10 piece all flat combos. I got 7 pieces each mixed pieces with hardly any sauce on them. I called to get the order replaced and staff refused to give their names. They hung up on me 10 times and put me on a block list where I cannot call in any longer. I kept being placed on hold and was discriminated upon. When I got the order staff was giving free food to friends in the dinning room. They were shooting napkin balls into the trash like basketballs. My drinks were watered down, and I did not have any ice.

i wish I could put zero stars. They took a while to take my order while no one was there. They took 45 minutes for my food while they only had three customers in total and then they mess my order when I ask for boneless and they gave me bone in this is so frustrating because I paid for my food.

We arrived noticing garbage overflow outside entrance door, not enough help behind the counter. We stayed because my granddaughter was promised and upset if we left. Floors need cleaning desperately.Wings tasted blah , fries cold hard. But the Cherry coke was good.People having trouble using their cards at the register. Irony both cards tried we attempted to be used next day for online purchases which I shut down after fraud alerts. Be smart rethink your meal here. The guy working the register left several times not helping the poor soul trying to get the orders out. Sunday 11/5/23 date of visit

All I wanted was some ranch and these girls were like u can do a survey to get three free ranch's I was like no I'm okay I'll just buy it and clearly these girls never been told no before kinda figured since they have blue and purple hair like some idiots. Anyways they have an attitude problem fr. The food was mid af I use to come here all the time and today sucks cold fries, hard a** chicken like bro they just made the food all lazy and stuff.
