Ordered cinnamon rolls in advance, decided to try the food while we were there. At 11:30 they were out of everything besides brisket & pulled pork, ordered the food & watched the 4 people behind us get served before they even made our food. When I asked why it took so long they had no answer & in fact just ignored the question.

Great food in Chowchilla! Glad I found this place. Very clean inside and out. Menu had several things I wanted but went with the Tri tip

Really good food, gotta come early because they run out of the best stuff fast! I got the brisket sandwich, forgot to ask for bbq sauce but it would have topped it off

First time visiting. got the brisket sandwich and side of potato salad, both very good. I'll definitely be back to try other menu items. Was talking with the owner while he was preparing my sandwich, he told me everything is made in house and you could tell from the freshness and quality.

What a great place to eat amazing BBQ! This place is way more than it seems. Super cute with two outside seating areas (one on the front porch) of this converted house. You can smell BBQ as soon as you get out of the car. Plenty of curbside parking on the street. Clean and really cute interior coupled w an amazing, kind and really helpful staff and add on the best BBQ I have ever had and we have a winner. My tri-tip sandwich was big enough to feed one really hungry person or two that weren't so hungry. Tried the homemade potato salad and it was great as well. We were heading north on the 99 and got hungry. Don't miss this opportunity to get off, see a little of Chowchilla and find a new place to eat. Seriously go eat here soon!!! You won't regret it. I didn't take any food pics to busy stuffing m

Stumbled onto this place with my wife and was pleasantly surprised. I ordered a brisket sandwich and it was the best meat sandwich I've ever had. Delicious and reasonably priced the food was I will be back again. Only downside is to check the business hours before heading out. The place was immaculately clean and the staff was friendly.

My son took me here, and the tri tip was delicious! Their Mac n cheese is amazing. I was looking forward to the brisket, and they ran out of it. So tip arrive early.

We stopped for lunch on our way to Sequoia Natl Park. What a find! Cute house on the corner with the best tri tip ever. Super tender. The tri tip sandwich is heaven. The bun, the onions, the appleslaw on top with yummy bbq sauce made for mouth magic. Huge!! Bring a friend to help. Hubby loves the tri tip meal. We are already schemeing to see how we can stop there on our way back....so so glad we missed Los Banos and got off at Chowchilla to lunch.

I had a tri tip sandwich &it had plenty of toppings tri tip, Cole slaw, & onions But the tri tip had a propane or gassy taste I was expecting more of a charcoal or wood taste, it seems like that gassy or propane tastes overpowered the whole Sandwich,I don't know if I will try it again.

We found this place out of the blue and decided to stop in... it was so good, my wife and I split a three meat plate that came with Mac and cheese and their chili, we almost ordered a second plate but the one was enough for us to share... definitely recommend
