Gabby was amazing! We are THOSE customers, the ones who come in with the crazy orders and indecisive choosers who need to taste a couple before committing. She was so patient, she was kind, she was fast and very respectful and responsive. I learned it was her first time making banana splits and they came out amazing. Way to go Gabby!

Their attention and customer service very poor. If you have a doubt and ask questions, they get upset. Young people with terrible customer service. Rude staff.

Just kickin' it

I was going to the beach for my one day off. This store is next door to an eyeglass location which made it convenient. The counter person was nice and assisted with my order. Unfortunately, on the way to the beach I realized that my waffle cone was not edible. How could this be? 62 tomes around the sun and never had a nasty waffle cone. Epic fail of quality control! Spent $10.00 for a dbl scoop waffle and the cone was so stale that I couldn’t eat it. I had to scoop the melted ice cream out with a straw. After my beach time I reached out to the store and spoke to the person that served me that nasty cone. She was unresponsive to the issue, like she was waiting for more information. Weird… There is another B&R just up the street-my suggestion is that if you want enjoy your sweet selections-go up the street.

As much as I love Baskin- Robbins I had a terrbile experience. I was falsely accused of theft..yes you heard that right theft! I worked for this company for a solid month. it all came to an end with me dealing with a really aggresive costumer.. accusing me of stealing her airpods when another girl came forward and told me she was looking for them.. as well.. (2 different pple ...asking the same thing) . I gave it to the girl instead of the aggresive costumer who came a few hours later who not only insulted me, threatened me but also stalked me all the way to my house .. I worried for my safety as I have no transportation back home. Like any job it has its cons.. but the owner Gary said he didn't want to deal with it. I think he acted unprofessional when he said he was goona "slap me" when being questioned as to how I was doing working for him. Everybody thinks its a normal "joke" but that really surprised me and never experienced that .. the whole situation didn't make sense but we have cameras and it does show I did gave it away and thats my fault I do admit it on my part . I have a pair of my own and I work 2 jobs to get the things I want. It may sound im mad for being let go because of this situation but it can happen to anyone. Me being a new trainee and a few others weren't being helped much as shift leader or managers gossips or used phone .. its a toxic environment and everything happens for a reason. Please if you bring your kids to work here for the first time do yourself a favour and don't.. they woun't have patience for you.. and woun't be there to help you . unless you want the owner to say he will slap you, the manager complaining everyday , pple recording you without your consent if you don't bring your uniform, and not taking no for an answer when being told I don't want pictures taken of me and posted it anyway.. Who knows if im still being stalked to this day but it can happen to anyone i believe. noeone will understand what I went through unless you go through it as well. i spoke my truth . I will not be silenced .Don't be fooled into thinking they give a crap about you. They have the evidence in the cameras.. and I will start a defamation case if I have to.

Ok so there is this new guy on banana split job and he messed up my order and I spoke with the manager and she said basically they can’t do anything about it and this girl Chelsea was there that day and she said she’ll pay for my order although it’s not her responsibility and she shouldn’t have been punished for Martins actions therefore Chelsea she’s a great employee..

If I can give a Zero I would love to. I found out that the person she was dealing with is the owner. My daughter's self-esteem was crushed. Told her she got the job (1st job) and to wait for orientation. More than a month has past and nothing. My daughter has called her so many times. Maria tells my daughter "omg I forgot about you, thanks for calling me" "I'll call you to schedule orienting (2nd to 3rd time telling her this) and nothing...promises promises. How dare you do that to anyone especially a minor that is trying so hard to work for you. She is afraid to try again somewhere else. You are a terrible person/owner.

It had to be 85 degrees at Bk31 when I walked on 2/6/2023 to get a single scoop of praline and cream ice cream. Even Jimmy said yeah it's hot in here. I should have known that the ice cream would be rancid. It made me so sick. I will never have ice cream there again.

So today I went here to buy a cake. There was only one guy working. I walked in and other customers followed. Which seemed to overwhelm the employee quite a bit. I had asked if he could right happy birthday on my lo cake. He said there is no cake decorator there. I was like it's just writing. But do to the fact he had a long line. He didn't want to stop and write on the cake. Employers please make sure your store is always equipped with enough employee's to serve the customers at100% and not overwhelm them. I love this place but now I have no name or anything on a cake I bought.
