Doordash wouldn't let me review without a photo and this is a group order at a friend's house and I am now home, so , Google review it is. Cold Caesar salad was brought to us on top of our hot pizza. Caesar dressing was unmarked and we mistook it for our ice cream that was left off of the order that was to go on the pizookies. Ruined pizookies with Caesar dressing. Mess! Our complete dessert should have been refunded as well as a portion of our salad, but the app is blocking me from doing anything else. Drivers need to be educated that you don't put cold things on hot things or better yet the restaurant's bag things in such a way that they can't be placed on each other like that.Edit: I almost forgot, the spaghetti and meatballs was ruined because somebody didn't salt the pasta water or use salt when making the sauce or both. It was completely flavorless. I would completely avoid dashing this place. Go in person so if an order doesn't come right to your table you can at least send it back and not have waited an hour+ for your food.

Franchise owner needs to get their head out of their @$$ and fix this location. Got seated and immediately took kids to the bathroom. Got back to our table and the kids food was there 2min later. The appetizer, which was ordered for the kids, didnt come for another 10min. After having not seen our server for half an hour I asked for the manager and asked where the hell my food was. Aparrently the current policy is to feed kids before appetizers and leave the adults to starve.Quality has steeply degraded. Kids used to get a bread rolls and a decent size fruit cup as a 'kids starter'. Now they get barely a handful of fruit and a bag of goldfish. Also the chicken soba, which is supposed to be spicy - isnt. Its just piping hot from the stove.

My grandson has a peanut allergy and thanks to Mr. Wyatt (the manager) he made sure they took full precaution with food preparations. To add to my experience here, Melissa (our server) was outstanding. She made sure we were at ease knowing we can dine this delicious food without any worries, she took excellent care of us.The food here is amazing. I highly recommend BJ's to anyone visiting SD. We flew in from NYC and I have to say they're a 5 star restaurant with food quality and their environment.Thank you to all the staff for your excellent service.
