The food was great. I was staying at a motel for a convention. Cashier and manager called me rude racist name in Spanish. I asked for a receipt and was called a pendayho. Really? Told motel manager and they were not surprised.

Fast and hot. Seriously, I parked in front, placed an online order through the BK app on my phone, and walked in less than 5 minutes after the order was confirmed. And there it was waiting for me. It was still very warm about 30 minutes later when I got home. It is definitely worth ordering through the BK app. I got a free regular chicken sandwich and a fry upsize for free. The sandwich was well made. I will say I'm not 100% sure that it was an Impossible Whopper. To be fair, I added bacon to it, so maybe that confused them. I just like how the Impossible Pattie's taste -- I'm no longer vegetarian. But everything was tasty! I definitely prefer this Bonita BK to the one in downtown SD.

Two Whoppers, 1 Crispy Chicken, 2 small fries, 1 small onion ring, $37.89 Fries and onion rings were cold, burgers/sandwich manhhandled 3 times, all smashed into bag after being taken off eat in tray (he asked, I said " to go"), and when tried to tell him (the manager) his people and he should sharpen up, he complained that he didn't have time to talk, he was "too busy...."Last visit to this BK for me.

Took to long to order out food and get our meal when there was 2 people inside and 3 cars passed by the drive thru.
I ordered six SAUSAGE bacon croissant sandwich combos after a car wash at soapy joes down the street. We had a busy day planned and didn't have time to cook breakfast so I figured, why not? We got home and.....no sausage Patties. In any of the sandwiches. Two flimsy pieces of bacon and a paper thin piece of egg. Went to review the receipt to see if they got the order wrong, and this is what I see. Can't even tell. Thermal printer is lacking. Came on here and saw how bad this place is. Don't do it. Walk. Run. Drive away. The coffees were good though.

I never leave a review for anything negative. BUT!! I was enjoying my coffee after a late night shift around 12 am i came to this BK... i craved a coffee because i had other things to do...while i sat down and was drinking it i saw this.. sigh.... i am VERY DISAPPOINTED! of this location.

Usually never bother to leave bad reviews unless it really warrants it. This has got to be the worst BK I have ever been to. First pulled to drive thru, was left to order for 15mins. Then when they decided to greet me for the order I had to repeat it 4 times cause they were not paying attention. Like why ask if your aren't ready. Ordered just a #9 with extra sand which and added onion rings. Paid my $15ish bucks received my food and preceded to leave. I drive off with no extra sandwich and no drink. Due to needing to be someone and the location this place is at I couldn't turn around. Sad customer service, you wouldn't give a customer their food if payment wasn't correct we should receive exactly what's we asked and paid for as you do when you take our money.

$36 for three burgers, one order of onion rings and one order of fries AND they can't even get the order correct. It's printed correctly on the receipt, definitely got charged for extra's and didn't receive them. NEVER AGAIN.
