To start, I love Chipotle. I come once a week and try my best to be positive. I always have a great experience. However, when your food ingredients is being thrown onto your bowl barely making half the scoop, it's not the service I was looking for. I had to ask multiple times to get the normal amount because I kept getting half scoops. Mind you, I was in no rush or part of a rush. I was taking my time with communicating my order, while I was being rushed to the next step. Especially trying to get the last cheese and lettuce, the employee with tattoos rushed to get me to pay. Slow down please, the food and customer is not going anywhere. Treat others with respect, as they pay for your wage at the end of the day. Rant over.

HOWEVER I’m sure they had to get a food handlers card OR maybe they should be required to get one. As I wasTold in my very first job in high school…… “ IF YOU GOT TIME TO LEAN ….YOU GOT TIME TO CLEAN” Let’s get to it !!!Management and supervision MUST do better ! This is just an extremely unacceptable lack of cleanliness.

Probably the best chipotle i have been to (after one in UTC which closed down).Best in food freshness, service. I came here at 10pm, still all the items were freshly made and fully stocked.People might say same for most chipotles but I have been to a huge number of other chipotles too.. :)Had excaly same experience last year and couple of years back again. So can't be coincidence.

I thought they used to give more meat abs whatnot by I've not been to one in a long time. The flavors of stuff are the main good thing about trying Chipotle but I'll go back to neighborhood shops.I visited trying to use the Upside app and of course it wouldn't work to allow for payment via the app so I went for no reason
