Did my order online and at pickup the girl let me know that the order they made prior was incorrect and redid my order. As I come to eat my order, IT WAS STILL WRONG & NO EXTRAs where placed in my order (when it was paid for already..) & chips are super stale. I understand the girl who helped me was under pressure and was receiving absolutely no help from the back staff. Sadly online ordering isn't worth it here

Ordered a chicken burrito bowl for pickup and it was ready 5 minutes earlier than expected... impressive considering it was the lunch rush. Food tasted great - exactly what I ordered. *CAUTION: DO NOT GET RED CHILI SAUCE* I have not left the bathroom since I finished eating... we're approaching minute 50 and I fear for my marriage, the plumbing and my washing machine. I would still recommend this location to friends and family.

Chipotle is an adored food establishment to me because I tried their food first with a complementary burrito from volunteer work with California State Parks. The fact that they supported us nutritionally for the workday and that the burrito(s), dietarily, was enough for my body size, was stupendous!Thank you, Chipotle(P.s. I like these locations I have visited, and the workers' interpersonal personalities, too).

We have lived near this location for about 10 yrs and have always loved Chipotle, but I don't know what has happened to this location. Every time we go in the place is a wreck. The counters don't appear to have been wiped down all day(no matter the time we go in), there is food everywhere, dirty pans stacked behind the counter visible. Old food left on the grill. The pans that contain the food on the line appear dirty with food caked on the sides, dirty serving utensils. Food all over the prep area where they make burritos. It would only take a second to wipe the prep area in between customers. Most dining tables inside have food on them and appear dirty. Makes me wonder if they pay as little attention to food prep safety and hand washing. If that's how they present their restaurant where customers can see, what's happening in the back where we can't see? Gross. Unfortunate because we have always loved Chipotle.

I dont know any names so going with descriptors. The manager (big guy, possibly bald) has horrible customer service skills. He's insanely rude and dismissive to people asking for his help.The blond guy with eyeliner, however, is amazing and should be promoted. He is kind, attentive, and eager to help customers out.It is so weird to have a manager with no interpersonal skills, and for an employee to outshine someone with a higher payroll.

The Chipotle in Chula Vista (Bonita Point Plaza) has gone downhill. It's dirty and customer service stinks. Food everywhere on the counter and on the floor. It was disgusting. The manager should be fired I send an email with pictures to corporate office. I was shocked!

My wife and I finally decided to give Chipotle a chance. We never been to chipotle because years back some people said they got sick eating at the chipotle on H street Chula Vista. So now that it has been a few years we decided to try it but we went out of our way and went to the other restaurant on Otay Lakes Rd. We walked in at 4:30 pm on 10/18/23 . As soon as we walked in the lady serving told us that they were out of steak. That's exactly what we were going to order. We walked right out. How does a restaurant run out of one of their main ingredients at 4:30 pm. Like going to a taco shop and they tell you they don't have carne Asada. That was very disappointing. I don't know if we give it another try. I guess maybe we will wait another few years. I don't know. They don't have district managers that you can call and voice your concerns to. Not feeling good about Chipotle.
