This is not a sit down restaurant, it's a place like Baskin Robbins, but with better ice cream. I bought an ice cream cake here, and I was extremely pleased.Parking: There is plenty of parking, not necessarily in front of the shop, but adjacent to it.Wheelchair accessibility: There are handicap spaces and ramps.

I have a peanut allergy. I told ',Joel' that and what does he do? He starts scooping my toppings from the common area and there a peanuts everywhere. When I told him he cannot do that, he started arguing with me a bit. So I told him if he didn't want to make my ice cream fine, then he went to the back. God knows if he did something to my ice cream. Now what would he have told my family if I ate a peanut?

Nothing like freshly made ice cream! Cold Stone is probably the best ice cream around. You get what you pay for, as far as price is concerned. Not quite as many different flavors as Baskin-Robbins, but plenty to choose from. They also have a menu that offers the yummy concoctions they have, certain flavors mixed with syrup and other toppings with 3 different sizes to choose from. Even the smallest size is very filling. No seating available here, not inside.

One of the well known Ice Cream places around. Ice cream is ok, just a good basic ice cream place, I come mainly for the Banana Ice Cream it's real good & one of the few places that serve Banana. Rocky Road & Pistachio are the other 2 flavors that are real good here, my girls like those 2 & say they have the best Rocky Road. I only come for those 3 flavors. Customer service is hit or miss here, sometimes you got workers that move fast, some move slow, some look happy & friendly, some look rude & sad like they need a hug & a Red Bull drink & some give good healthy scoops of Ice Cream & some give skimpy sad scoops. Customer service is very inconsistent here, they need to be more consistent in being faster, better & happier, you serve ice cream not Flu Shots, be happier :) Their Ice Cream is ok tho & I'll be going back for that banana flavor & maybe I'll bring a Red Bull with me for them & a hug to bring their spirits up :)

The hours on here need to be updated. It states 10:15. I was here at 9:25 and told the rep that on Yelp, it says they are open. I asked whether they could honor what it sounds because my daughter's birthday is today and was told no. I understand I could have got it all day, but being a single mom and depending on businesses to honor their hours, it's disheartening. I don't understand why I put something up to mislead people and only to disappoint. Not a great experience.

Need to update hours of operation online. Stopped by @ 9:30 pm only to see posted signage dictating updated hours of operation. Another car popped up with a family of 3 only to get out of their car and go back into their car. Missed opportunities.
