I always enjoy the food, but with no AC. It's impossible to enjoy it (inside). We did have to move to the patio area, which wasn't our preference (twice)

Disappointed! Order the almond crusted salmon which came completely over cooked and dry. And that's not even the worst part! The entire meal tasted like it was drenched with salt. I couldn't even finish it! Never again will I waste my hard earned money here!

I've been here twice with my family. I ordered a half pepperoni and half cheese pizza. It was charred on the bottom, burnt on the top, dried out, and hard as a rock. The cooks found this acceptable, and the server took it to our table. No quality control what-so-ever. Everything else was C quality. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Dissatisfied, came to pick up my 16 inch works pizza. Sorry I heard 10in as he handed it to me. Not in the mood to argue.

My family and I have been customers for a number of years. Their quality and customer service has really suffered. I am usually a low key person, but after tonight I was very frustrated. We ordered 4 salads and it took an hour. When I got home i realized they had completely messed up my daughter's salad. I drove back for a new salad and they got the order wrong again! I showed them the receipt because they were really having a hard time with a Cesar salad without olives . When I got home I found out that that the other 3 salads were also wrong. Tired of giving them chances. IWhat a shame. Used to be so good. I paid 54 bucks for 4 salads! I would have at least liked to get what I paid for.

Ina pinch I ordered their lasagna catering tray the day before I needed it and they delivered BIG TIME! This thing was a beast and every bite was devoured and praised. Good stuff man. It fed 8 big people and a few little people w left overs for me the next day. I mean - Jezzo Pete I should have taken a picture. BTW - I picked it up the day and time I asked for it and kept it until warm in a 250* oven while I prepped the rest of the meal -- I mean, really - how hard is a salad and garlic bread? I did roast veggies on the grill but that doesn't take much time or talent. I'm still the Winner but they should did make me look good

I've been coming here for 20 years! Love their lunch specials and they have the best Thai Chicken Salad ever! We always get the tequila fettuccine and we substitute chicken for shrimp! Great food.

Tried this place for the first time. Ordered a salad and a bowl of chicken alfredo fettuccini. It also came with bread and a cold marinara sauce. They claim to be gourmet but it's so not. The alfredo was watey the chicken was tough and the noodles over cooked. The salad was a joke. You could tell the peppers came out of a can. 37.00 dollars for a salad and a small bowl of pasta. I don't recommend eating here.

We have been loyal customers since the 90s. The service and quality of the food have gone downhill fast the during the two most recent times we went. We decided to give them the benefit of the doubt after our last visit. Big mistake... Our server had a MAJOR attitude and she gave me a hard time removing the charge from a soda that she charged me for despite the soda machine being broken. My poor son's fettuccine came out after we were done with our food. When it DID finally come out, it was watery with a soup-like consistency. They have a coupon in the getonefree magazine. Be prepared for the waitress to slam it back down on the table with a holiday exclusion even though it is not written anywhere on the ad. I get it that some restaurants exclude holidays for their coupons, but there was no need for the attitude. We will NOT be going here anymore after the way we were treated. They've just lost a long-time customer.

What used to be a decent restaurant in Chula Vista is no longer. The quality of the food is subpar and it shows. The salad was drenched in dressing. The California Chicken sandwich was not good. The bread was cold, the chicken chewy and the bacon rubbery. The chicken parm was tough with a crust that was thicker than the actual breast. The pasta was nuked. The bathrooms are dirty and disgusting. The blinds have cobwebs. It's a shame the owner has let this restaurant go.

If you eat in, it is absolutely delicious and they are quick to fix any mistakes, and I am a loyal customer that keeps coming back. They have an inclusive and wide-selection menu, the staff is amazing, but almost every time I order to go or even dine in, one of the ordered items is wrong. Also, one time a manager said he was going to refund an item after I bought a Mediterranean salad and it had spoiled artichokes in it which encountered all the other ingredients, he never refunded me. I keep supporting them because 90% of the time, especially when orders are correct, their food is really delicious and inclusive but their cooks need to do a better job to ensure ingredients are fresh and staff needs to ensure orders are done correctly. It is an absolute safety hazard if you mix allergen foods in a allergen specific food item and if any items are spoiled customers can get sick. 3 stars until that improves. I am so ready to give 5 stars once they fix this.
