The flavor of the Menudo is very good. The only thing I don't like is that when ordering takeout they never pay attention to the orders we ordered, if they don't make a mistake with the Menudo, they didn't put any effort into it. So better check the order there at the counter to go home with the correct order!!!

El Korita is my go-to menudo spot. The price is right, service is quick and friendly, atmosphere is up-beat, and --best of all-- the menudo is muy rico. It is always the same: tasty, no grease, filling. Get there early to avoid standing in line.

I get here at 7:30-7:45 a.m. on Sundays to avoid the crowds. Best menudo in Chula Vista: always fresh, always rico. The hand-made tortillas are delicious, too.

The place was very busy and the line was out the door. So, we decided to wait and give it a go. When we got seated we immediatly were asked if we wamred anyrhing to drink. They gave us our coffee and then came back to take our oder. We asked for 2 menudos one white and one red and 1 carne asada burrito. They informed us that they do not serve carna asada on the weekends. The menudo tasted very watery and it was a little cold. However, the tortillas and the beans were the best part of the whole experiance. I do not recommend this place for menudo but if you want good homemade tortillas and beans that's the place.
First time here, liked it a lot, clean place, great service, tasty menudo and the tortillas were delicious.
