Please add ube bits on your ube kalamay like you do with your halaya. I tried Mira Mesa dessert plus' kalamay and it was good! It has ube bits too. When I saw that there's dessert plus at seafood city chula vista, I was really happy cuz Mira Mesa is quite a drive. I bought three kalamay (I'm glad I decided to buy 3 instead of 4) and I was disappointed it wasn't the same. The serving is bigger but lower quality. I worked at Walmart Eastlake, and I bought this Bibingka kanin and Malabanos. They were really good! I recommend their kakanins! If you like desserts, visit their store at Desserts Plus, ChulaVista! They made their desserts fresh everyday!
