prices are way high compared to other places similar to this. the inside is worn down. the back line looked super dirty. slow service and just way too expensive for most people. also, the lid on my chamango was faulty and it spilt all over myself and i’m my car ?

Wow. I will never order on yelp. I checked my bank statent and it shows I ordered from here and I didn't even place an order till I was there in person. Things that make you go hmmm. There is always a super long wait for this mediocre fruit place. I have given it a couple of tries. It's overpriced and the fruit is not so ripe. I will not visit again.

Food is fresh but not worth the amount. Food made simple with very little substance. Service was very lacking and felt poor, rushed, and unwelcoming. Sandwiches not the best, burritos poor compared to the resturant near them, and smoothie decent.

Someone said hello when i walked in. I waited at the counter until I was helped. The young lady greeted me with a head nod. I showed her my online order and I was out within 5 minutes tops. I ordered a vampire juice and a torta and paid like $25 because i ordered through Grub Hub. Was it really worth $25...no lol but it was convenient.

Like a lot of people it's hard to post a bad review but I guess we're hoping the owners and management read it so changes are made that will benefit the business. Sometimes we wonder though, do they care because there are so many bad reviews and no change. My only complaint is they don't answer the phone. One time I called 14 times back to back, I was inside the store during the last call and could hear the phone ring but no one answering, the other time, I walked in and the phone wasn't ringing. It's too bad, great food just not the best service, wish they just answered.

I placed my order on line, I was specific I wanted a smoothy no spicy crazy crap, plus I ordered a fruit salad and I put in my notes what fruit I didn't want and long story short they pretty much said f the customer because they did the complete opposite. Bottom line don't place your order on line (via yelp)!

The young man working the register was very respectful, however when we ordered a tortaThere was a lady that was in the back cleaning up and said we don’t have any meats, we said ok let me just get some waterman with chamoi and Tajin and she said we don’t have watermelon. Really tortas and frutas establishment and you don’t have what you advertise. It was clearly because they had a sign that said closing in 30 minutes and they wanted to clock out but I will not be going back.
Customer service is definitely not their forte... I called in to verify and see what time they closed today as I wanted to place a phone order and pick up. A person (women) answers the phone without a greeting or stating the business name or any information and as soon as I ask the question (what time do you guys close today?) they immediately hang up on me with out giving me an answer or any information, (just a hang up!). I was a bit shocked but hey, maybe it was a mistake or a phone glitch. Without thinking much more of it I called back and within a second a man answers the phone and knows it's me calling again from the same number and immediately tells me "were closed already! " I was like (wow). I proceeded to ask him the business name just to make sure I was calling the right store but only after i stated and asked if I was calling the correct business he says "yes". I was like, "is this typically how you guys answer the phone at this store...?" The website and yelp stated that they closed at 9 pm and I know times can change and vary but it was 8:23 when I called so that puts me 37 min before closing time as stated in yelp. I hate leaving negative reviews for anyone or any business as I know reviews like this one can affect and impact the business but when it's done twice in a row or back to back in the matter of minutes it says quite a bit about the the way this business is ran or the owners. Not sure what position the people who answered the phone hold in this business but if it's regular employees then owners must revise phone answering protocols and make sure customer service gets made a priority in order to keep or make customers happy and keep them coming back. Returning customers is always a good way to keep money flowing. I'm a strong believer that great customer service goes a long way, and it's also a way to a company's success and a way to build a strong clientele. Today's experience was just a deal breaker with this location and I really hope they up their game going forward or in the future. Won't be returning, 1 star well deserved!

The tostiloco is so small! Not even 10 chips on it. The lady said she had no "cueritos" and yet she charged $10 dollars for a small plate with only 5 chips and a couple of tamarindos. Horrible!

Omg the chamangos here are to die for! I tried the mango and my boyfriend had the strawberry flavor and they were both delicious. I will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!
