I've ordered a breakfast platter and...The food was not fresh, it tasted like it was warm up and the hash browns were horrible....sad that Jack in the Box at this location is not to their standards. Not recommended.

I know it's my fault I accidentally order over here instead of where I was in Clairemont on New years day, I decided to go here later at night but manager didn't approve me to get my items. It was just tacos and a drink, so I guess just have to deal with the app for refund... I just thought it was easy fix just getting my food since I have the receipt on app but I guess not...
