This is the third time that they have given me an incomplete order ? It is really annoying that due to time issues I cannot return to Claim and you call them to make the claim and they never answer. I am really very disappointed. My advice is….. ? check your order every time you go to that store

The food is great!...when i get the right order. Half the time, when i receive my order, i usually get the wrong one. i dont like to be a bother, but i also just want what i ordered and PAID for. Im not sure why my order gets mixed up with another individuals but it sure is annoying. Please do better, i see others have complained about the same topic of missing food.
I finally got to like Jack's mini-tacos and jalapeño poppers inside their FanFav-box! The mini-tacos are crunchy and can taste some meat in them (unlike the regular-sized tacos, which tasted refried beans, sorry!). I wished they would have put more curly-fries (they're the best tasting around!).

Nice location. I came in early in the morning. I order my usual a #24. The service was ok and my food fresh and delicious. I did asked for it to dine in. When I got my order it was placed in a bag. I asked the lady if I could have a tray as it is easier to eat when dining in. She said all the trays were dirty. I went in to use the restroom it was filthy as well of some of your floor in the restaurant. It looked like it wasn’t cleaned from the night before. Overall my experience was ok. I will definitely give it a 2nd try as this location is convenient for me. Thank you.
