went to the drive-thru to save time when I got my order I had to go back because my sandwich was cold, literally the bread was not toasted it looked like it was just from the refrigerator to the box. they also did not give me a receipt when I paid. Lady inside was very helpful and friendly

This place is ok but my visit included running into an intoxicated homeless man digging freely through the trashcans as an employee simply just watched him.As the man coughed and spit loudly into the trashcan after eating what he could find he walked around the restaurant trying to make eye contact with whomever. He then harassed the staff at the counter and yelled repeatedly at them. It was a shame that the manager allowed this to occur. There were two young children inside the restaurant as the man approached them and nearly came into contact with them. Basically it was a bad scene over all. Management should not have allowed the man to act as he did.

I went in the morning to order a breakfast combo that cost me 9.96 + tax when I went to the counter they charged me 16 dollars, I was surprised but I didn't see the receipt until later and they charged me for one more order but they never gave it to me, I went ago I asked for the return of that order for a while and the dispatcher with a defiant tone questioned me that I had not requested such an order, I told her whatever the order is. They are overcharging me for an order that I never requested and they never gave it to me, now it is politics of jack in the box of overloading the client with orders that are never given to them???? who keeps that money when the customer often does not return to ask for a refund.

Location easily found nearby on Google Maps. Area clean looking other than one homeless cart in parking lot. The restaurant was nearly spotless. Soda machine had several items not available and had to ask for ice from behind the counter.Spicy chicken deluxe sandwich was fantastic tasting and hot-n-fresh. I did not care for the tacos that did not seem to be cooked quite right along with not being a big fan of the onion rings. I liked the fries when they were freshly hot complimented with spicy good sauce. Chocolate shake was thick goodness.

This restaurant, unlike that of East San Ysidro, really serves delicious tacos and I remember when it was 2 tacos for 99 cents.The bathrooms are clean.I highly recommend that you visit this Jack in the Box.

If I can give negative stars I would. I get off my second job late so I stop by at this location to get some food from time to time. They do take a while at times but that's fine understanding they might be short staffed late nights. 12:35am Tonight I received my food way faster than normal and I was a bit surprised. Get home and my ultimate cheeseburger was cold like it was sitting for over an hour. The tacos were double fried as the lettuce was hot and soggy. I decided to call the store (12:41) and the same lady that is always at the drive thru answered I can tell by her voice it was her. I explain in a polite manner the issue in hand. Instead of addressing and apologizing she hangs up on me. So I decided to drive there and as soon as I pull up to the window she had a deer in headlight face. I asked her why did she hang up on me? She stated it wasn't her but I speak Spanish and knew it was her from her accent. After admitting she double fried my tacos and gave me a old cheeseburger she said she would give me a refund. Then expressed she couldn't because I paid Apple Pay. I told her that wasn't my problem and she needed to make this right. She then proceeded to take cash out of the register and refund me my $10.88 I dislike writing negative reviews but this was extremely uncalled for. Even tho it's fast food we pay with our hard working money and should get what we are paying for. She should be fired for hanging up on people who call and complain about the corners she's cutting. I will never go back to this establishment ever again.
