Two days ago my son and decide to get a quick breakfast before taking him to school. We decide to get some Jamba! We walk in the store and one customer is completing her order. The cash register person moves away from the register and tells me he will be w me in a moment. No biggie, "a moment " to me means a minute or so. He makes my son and I wait for 8 minutes. During that time he placed a few items in the oven and went towards the back of the store. A delivery man arrived and jamba worker decided to attend to him first!!! so I asked if he will take much longer. He said I will I had to wait another 20 seconds. He made me wait another minute. So 10 minutes later he takes my order? Jamba are you ok w this??

My smoothie was made perfectly, my pretzel was nice and hot and they had mustard! Some of the other locations don't always have mustard. The staff was very friendly and the restroom was also clean. I appreciate everything!!

Mikey and Diego were absolutely amazing tonight! My aunt and I came in close to closing but Mikey and Diego were still absolutely willing to help us out! If I could give them 20 stars I so would because there service was amazing!!! Thank you Mikey and Diego for making our experience so great! Definitely need a raise

The clerks were okay. Wouldn't allow me to upgrade my birthday smoothie so I could spend more money.

Quick service with friendly staff, and as a bonus good tasting smoothies! Haven't tried the food myself but my kid likes the cheese pretzels and my friends have said their food was worth the price.

Came in late Saturday night and it was great to see no line. We took a bit to order since we weren't sure what we wanted. Everyone working there was really friendly and helpful. Their great attitude was contagious. We opted for one of the açaí drinks and it was great too.

Today was y worst experience sitting in the Jamba juice line for 10 minutes then ordering then sitting for another 10 minutes in line and then waiting at the window at watching them make all these drinks. Then to get mine and it's not a smoothie it's juice . I was highly annoyed.
