Horrible service and attitude! I walked into an empty shop with no employee acknowledging or saying hi. I stood there for minutes and received no response. After being ignored, I decided to take my business next door to Pollo Grill.

This sounds petty but we've ordered delivery from this store twice now. Usually 4 sandwiches at a time. Both times, they didn't label the bags with what sandwich is inside, so we've had to open each one to see whose belongs to who. When you order for guests, that's inconvenient considering you have to touch their sandwich to do this. I don't know if it's employee laziness or forgetfulness but PLEASE, label the sandwiches. Especially for delivery orders.

Im the other sister who had hair in her sandwhich this past Saturday july 8th! It was baked into the bread super disgusting! I started gagging and just about threw up! Employees have no hair nets on and hair is pulled back but messy! Wouldn't eat here ever again unless you like hairy sandwiches !

If I could leave no stars I would. I went yesterday around 3 pm and picked up 2 giant subs. First of all they put way to much oil and vinegar, I live 5 mins from there and my sandwiches were already soggy on the bottom. My biggest complain is that my daughter took a bite of her sandwich and found a hair. Then my husband came out and starting eating his (we didn't want to tell him about the hair my daughter found in her sub) but he instantly after first bite pulls out a hair from his sandwich. This is disgusting and unacceptable. I know it happens but the fact that it happened to both of our sandwiches the same day means that people don't have their hair pulled back or that they need some kind of strengthening shampoo for their falling hair. We threw the sandwiches away and immediately called Jersey Mikes, there was no manager on duty but the gentleman I spoke with did apologize and said he would refund my order. I haven't seen any refund yet and the manager never called me back. Fast forward to this morning when I spoke with my sister and asked about her weekend... turns out she went to the SAME Jersey Mikes the day before me and found a hair BAKED into the bread of her sandwich. I wish I would have talked to her on Saturday because I wouldn't have bothered with that nasty place in Sunday. This made me even more upset so I called again this morning and they told me manager would be there in 20 mins. I left my information and have yet to receive a call. I emailed the corporate office and have not heard back. Jersey Mikes in Otay Ranch you guys get no stars from me. Don't go there unless you enjoy eating other peoples hair in your food. If that's what you are looking for then order dinner tonight from Jersey Mikes Otay Ranch. Where the hair is always free but the avocado is an additional charge Do better Jersey Mikes, super gross experience and I had to cook for my family after so thanks for wasting my time.

I've heard of the place by name, but never gone inside after all the years it's been there. Would usually go to the subway that was close by but not sure when that place closed.Can say that the sandwich was more filling and tasted fresh compared to subway. Not to mention it didn't fall apart or become soggy.Staff was very helpful with us since it was our first time. Awesome attitude.

I wanted a sandwich but did not want bread. I saw someone post about the sub in a bowl. It looked delicious. So I decide to get the Philly cheesesteak. Count you days Jersey Mikes. It doesn't even look like the picture on YOUR page. At least give me a smaller plate to make it look a little decent. I wouldn't advise anyone to get this mess. I won't be back for anything.
