The customer service here is HORRIBLE!!!! The staff are dismissive and rude. We asked for sauce for our tenders and the girl at the register just walked away. Then I asked for tea from the other machine as the one in the lobby had run out and she went to another employee and was speaking Spanish to her (assumed I didn’t speak Spanish) then they both looked at us and the other employee rolled her eyes. We were given room temp, limp fries and definitely not fresh tenders. Then I was asking for honey and was completely ignored and the employee I asked, was only speaking to the customers behind me.

There's nothing like good old KFC! The chicken was perfectly cooked, the biscuits were warm and flaky, and the slaw was just like it should taste. I ordered online and they didn't have the option to select half crispy and half original so I called the store and they were able to accommodate the order andTook my name down to make sure they matched the online order on their system. They didn't mess that up, which many restaurants typically do, so I was very pleased they went above and beyond to make sure my order was correct.

KFC in general used to do grilled chicken but since they stopped making it I really stopped going to KFC.The location here is easy to access. The parking is limited and if you park close to the entry door you might be boxed in due to drive thru traffic. Staff changes every couple of months, mainly young community college or high school students.The food taste is ok but definitely the KFC quality has gone down in this particular location.

This KFC really needs to up their game! Very disappointed in the $20 fill up box I got tonight. Everything was either lukewarm or cold. Nothing seemed fresh. I live about 5 minutes from this store so it wasn't like I had far to go. The girl who took my order didn't listen to anything I ask for. Out of the 4 sauces that come with the meal, I only got 1 that I asked for. Won't be getting this again!

I think this KFC can do some improvements. It's fast food, sometimes you get what you pay for. Though fast food isn't cheap in price anymore and almost same as regular restaurants but the quality isn't competitive anymore. Got a family meal for diner and went through the drive thru. I should remind myself this isn't a good idea anymore as my last few drive thru runs have been disappointing. My extra crispy chicken was soggy that's all. I expect extra crispy to be extra crispy but received the opposite and didn't see it until we got home and didn't feel like driving the 10 minutes backThe rest was regular KFC quality/flavors as usual.
