Booooo!Every Monday I come here for the Masubi special. It's 2x for $5.Today I arrived and was told that I can't order my usual Chicken Katsu Masubi by the cashier and the cook, Luis. The special is limited to Spam.Not only do all the signs say the contrary, but I come here EVERY MONDAY and get Chicken Katsu masubi for that price.Now there's a restriction???Nothing says I can only order spam.There never had been a restriction.So now, after driving 30 minutes outta my way to come here, I'm annoyed, frustrated, hangry & upset.Their customer service sucks, their communication skills definitely sucks and they should be held liable for false advertising.Management needs to do a better job of informing their staff.Or update their flyers.Never coming back here! ??Do better L&L!

2-11-2024 I called at 8:15 pm and asked to make sure they close at 9:00PM. They said YES, cool on my way should be there in 15 Minutes. They said would you like to order? I said NO, I want it fresh, so it doesn’t get cold taking it to go.I arrive at 8:29, they are closed :/Manager says it was really slow, so we closed…. I said I just called you and you said you close at 9Sorry I have nothing?Nothing what..?2 other customers behind me hoping to get food..Shame on you guys and the owner would have probably like those 3 extra sales in 30 minutes

3 stars because the food was good however the customer service was mediocre and they price their food higher than other L&L bbqs. I paid 25$ for a bbq mix plate and 1 spam musubi which I thought was odd so I searched a different location and they were in fact cheaper.

I should have looked at Yelp! We were headed next door to Flame Broiler, We decided to give this place a try. The young female who took our order was tone deaf - we twice asked if we could order just grilled chicken breast not the marinated chicken they have and she said yes. I said not BBQ and she said "that's what I said." We got the BBQ marinated kind and when I went back she said we don't make it without BBQ! Is she special education? Maybe she has a disability? I am being serious. The BBQ chicken was horrible and seemed like they marinated it for days to almost spoiling. Never again.

Good food at an affordable price! The female cashier working around noon on Thursday 10/5 was friendly and was working very hard to get everyone taken care during the lunch rush!

I love every single plate you guys make, but please go back to the original gravy sauce that water down gravy is not the sameThe macaroni salad has no more flavor and the rice soggy. I understand that a rush of people come in at certain times but I miss the OLD L&L FLAVORS.

Catering experience:I got a party for 40 catered with grilled marinated teriyaki chicken thighs, steamed white rice, and classic Hawaiian macaroni salad. I picked it up right on time and it was waiting: the chicken and rice was piping hot and the macaroni salad was super cold.The food was fantastic, maybe even better than when I order a plate lunch. The amount of chicken was perfect, but there was twice as much rice and macaroni salad as was necessary. It was worth every dollar.

Not sure what happened to this place. It seems like the cooks stopped caring. Tonight my chicken Katsu was ridiculously over cooked and hardly edible. Some pieces were fried into rocks with breading. Whatever chicken that can be chewed was like thick rubber. I can't spend this much and have a staff who ruins the good. Tonight is probably my family's last time eating here, unfortunately.
The food was delicious untill my daughter pulled not one but two hairs out of her Kalua cabbage mini. GROSS!!!

This was our first time trying L&L and we were amazed. We got the half and half BBQ beef and chicken Katsu, it came with rice and macaroni salad. The beef was so flavorful and chicken was tender snd delicious. Rice was great, and macaroni salad was really nice. The portion size is so good, will get you full for sure. We had an amazing experience here and will surely come back to try out other items on their menu.

This place is overpriced and just a disappointment. The service was definitely lacking. As I ordered my food, the cashier stopped right in the middle of my order to answer the phone and proceeded to take a phone order in the middle of my order! I found this to be extremely rude and disrespectful. I won't be returning. It'd rate zero stars if it was possible.

I guess it's the best BBQ I've ever had from a restaurant. The only thing I don't like here is their rice. It's sticky and tasteless. I wish their rice was like Luna (which is a Persian-style rice. )

Revision.. pretty sure under new management or 2nd shift showed up and is absolutely slower than dirt.One of my favorite spots for katsu chicken and musubi. They also have an Atkins plate for those low carb people. The other thing is they use quality soy sauce. Most places will offer the really cheap stuff.
