A veces es más fácil poner un mal comentario que un buen comentario . Puedo apostar que aún que tu visita haya sido asombrosa no comentaras nada pero de lo contrario si fue mala la experiencia vendrás a dejar una estrella y un mal comentario . Así es como bajan las estrellas en los restaurantes y el lugar puede ser todo lo contrario a lo que las personas ( haters) comentan .

I only gave it two stars because the milkshakes were good, but the customer service was not.I went with some friends and we wanted to try the Mazapan milkshake that appeared on Tik Tok (all decorated and with a marzipan) anyway, they told us no, they don't make it there so they only have to see it made for Tik Tok. I tried to order Hot Cheeto elote and it didn't work either because they didn't have the hot cheetos ground only whole. (and they can't grind them?) The truth is, very bad service and the place is so expensive. I don't recommend hiring better employees with customer service.

Our first time here besides I think a pop up at my son’s school. Menu on the wall was not working. We explained it’s our first time here and we don’t know what’s good. They took my son’s order for some ice cream and sent it down the line. Didn’t try to take anyone else’s order in my party or help us find something we’d like and called me to check out. We left with nothing else.

I love all the selections they offer. So many different options of flavors. The fruit bars are so good. Cookie Monster ice cream has to be one of my favorites.
I was happy! I got guayaba and it was soo good it tasted like the real thing. They have a lot of other stuff too, but I'm looking for a place with zapote flavor. And my small guayaba was only $3.90!!
