The manager threw her hands at me “signaling are you dumb”. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I felt bad for the cashier who has to deal with this type of abuse. The horrible employee is a girl who wears too much makeup and had her hair all over the place. The reason she called us dummy was because the screen to charge my debit card was frozen.If this was a professional job she would be fired. If I were the cashier I would sue this place for emotional distress and walk away with $$$. He made it seem that it was normal for her to be that way after she walked away.

I was told by one of the (foreign) ladies that they “supposedly” don’t sell the lunch combos on Saturdays (despite being there around 12 pm as of today), if that’s the case, why even bother still having on the menu? Laziness? Probably, I don’t know.

Everytime i go and try and get the $10 deep dish pizza they tell me No, it’s always a different excuse. I’ve got like 7 times and all those times they tell me no. Why even have it on the menu? Take it off. Sometimes I get an attitude others the employee is nice, but the end result is always the same. I never get my deep dish pizza. One of the ladies at this location dropped our pizza in the floor. While getting it off the oven, she thought nobody saw her.Me and other 5 people saw what happened, there were trying to give us an unhealthy pizza. These people shouldn’t be serving food. Only 4 stars on the food because the pizzas were over done but I think that was due to the order not being picked up when they were ready (my fault but I couldn't help it) and the orders were for thin crust pies and I think they were over cooked because they were kept in the warmer and with less crust, they tend to keep cooking even after you take the heat away. So, order on site or if you use the app, pick it up promptly.

You order 1 hour ahead of time on app it says will be ready by a certain time and u come to the time the app says , and they tell you it's 1 more hour , this is ridiculous and unprofessional , either get better ppl , stop getting half ass workers .

For all the prices going up you would think that a business would have change for a100.00 or at lease have some place for you to go when you need to break it the then they say go next door or even Ross but no luck there at any place guess that's why some just go out of business....
