Tell me why a Fast Food Co. chain doesn't take down, Take out orders, before 30 min. Of close? No one answered the phone when it was 8:30pm.I called twice, and was being ignored as the phone rang, rang & rang.I rushed over there & got there before 9pm & wanted to order a deep dish pizza.And, they Already Closed down the Stove.........before Closing time.They only had single pizza's for grabs.I was so displeased w the Customer Service.So, why are you guys shutting down the place at 8:30pm????I spoke to the young lady, who was the Manager, (as I asked for one), & she repeated what the young guy said, they are shutting everything down since they close at 9pm.Make it make sense to me? Seems very Unprofessional Here. And, was a Total inconvenience of my Time.You guys are loosing $$ & customers this way coz you want to go Home early....I mean, I get it. You guys are young. But, Integrity will take you Very Far in Life! I Hope you will learn from this Experience!***Edit: I'm really Glad I got to writing this Review!The reviews I read, after I wrote mines, are Confirmation, something has Not been Right Here for a long time. It's Unfortunate the Top Manager has not Corrected their mistakes to Tend to their Customers or to Keep them Happy.I've worked at a pizza joint before, it was a Nice pizza place. And, I loved my job there.To come to Little Caesar's and have them close-up early was Ridiculous!!

I don’t typically like to leave nasty reviews, but just thought it should be known…. I came into to buy 2 pizzas & before I left I saw an employee playing with pizza dough, tossing it around in a ball, and even throwing it on the FLOOR. I seriously hope nobody’s food was made with that pizza dough… Safe to say I’ll never be returning to this location.

I don't know what happened, but the service and management have been unpleasant. I attempted to order via phone, but there was no answer on arrival. I had to wait for someone from the back to take my order. I asked if the phone was working, the employee responded no. While I waited, I observed the phone ring and a different employee answering the phone and could hear staff in the back joking and laughing.

Hello I just want to come and leave this review, I came a couple week ago and service was really poor. I decided to come back to try it out, and there was a guy with curly hair who was super sweet and took my order of 2 pizzas and my drink. All came out super quick in less than 15 minutes. Really proud of the change that happened.

The food quality and value are very solid here. However, it was a bit chaotic on a Friday evening. I'm not sure if this is the norm, but there were signs on the door saying they were out of cheese and were only accepting cash. My order wasn't ready until 10 minutes after the promised time on the email. It wasn't loaded into the Pizza Portal machine either. However, it seems the employees were trying their best. Would give it some time before returning and am hopeful the customer experience improves.

Order online, when the app says that your order is being packed. Take a trip to pick your order. Order not ready yet. Order ready after 24 min of the original estimated time.

They can't even cut their pizza correctly. They also had a leak in their ceiling. Order from the store near Manna BBQ they have better pizza and the employees are 100x more capable than this store.

Seem like a bunch of teenagers were running the show and nobody's orders were right already and I told the kid behind the counter we tried to charge me $17 that he forgot to charge me for a pizza lucky I'm a cool guy. And they didn't give us napkins

So my last two times here on 04/14/2023 and 04/21/2023 left me waiting outside for my pizza after I already have been notified via the app on the estimated time of pickup. On my first visit I was able to to receive a refund after waiting for 30 minutes at the store and an hour after I sent the order via the app. I’m not sure what’s going on here. For my second trip, I am waiting about 10 minutes before I decide to ask for a refund. However I do recommend Dominos pizza down the street which was much faster in making my pizza.
