Smallest cali burritos i've ever had in my life, I dam pissed.this is my first time ever getting a burrito somewhere and it being so dam small. I paid 3.50 to add Guacamole to both burritos and still so dam small.i hope they step it up a bit cause people spending money on a snack size burrito like I bought it on a corner or something,I really fill I got ripped off and that's sad for the 3rd time out of 4 times I went.i don't know who made my burrito the one time they made it decent but all the other 3 man u guys need to really step it up los panchos, I understand u guys are in Eastlake and people got money out there but come on guys

ordered chicken fajitas that had almost no chicken despite giving a good 15% tip but if you have to eat here avoid Rochel if you can because she will charge you for the air you breathe if she could. another younger girl was helpful with my order but Rochel just seems annoyed being

The food is decent, but the customer service has gone down. The cashiers look annoyed to be working there. No hello, no you’re welcome, or have a nice day. How am I the customer and I’m more friendly than you are?The last couple times I’ve ordered they’ve over charged me for things I didn’t ask for and also left things out that I’ve ordered.

Sadly won't be coming here anymore. very friendly service and staff. But sadly the food is not fresh and is ice old when you eat it even after 2 minutes. I ordered 2 plates of food and could literally not eat either because the rolled tacos and crunchy tacos were limp and soggy and very gross. Not hot at all like the food is premade and they just add toppings when you order it. I ate it within like 2 minutes of it being done. Had to throw away the rolled tacos and the crunchy tacos as they were almost gross to eat they were so cold limp and soggy.

Take your own drink!!! I got to the 2 Chula Vista locations with the big soda machines because as a diabetic and the nice salsa bars, I like variety. It was down which is fine and I simply got a diet coke bottle. I went back because it came out of the fridge room temp. I asked for a cup and got one of those tiny water cups from "LUCY" when I politely asked for a bigger cup and she said did you want to buy a drink to which I replied, no I just bought a bottle of diet coke because your machine is down. Her coworker who had coincidentally rung us up confirmed this. LUCY got snippy and said that I had to pay or take the little cup. Never coming back here.

Never disappoints. Love that they serve breakfast all day, so I asked for scrambled eggs into my carne asada burrito ? ? So good! The carne asada chips also speak for themselves ??
