I’ve been coming to this place for years, possibly 20 years. Today the service and issues with my food were ridiculous. It’s not that hard to provide decent service or to follow simple instructions. Never had anyone as rude as this lady was. You guys would have more clients and make more money if you just treated people well.

The place is more decorated than other taco shops. Salsa bar is in full swing and you get free chips and salsa! Food is great!!
Ordered a wet burrito and ended up getting the thinnest regular carne asada burrito with barely any meat. It’s mainly tortilla. Compared to what I was originally getting, very very disappointed.

I bought two carneasada fries, and they literally gave me less than a taco of meat in them and I called back and they told me to go back to see if it’s enough for meat or not….horrible.!!!
Horrible experience as the employees seem to have a horrible attitude every time I have gone there. Asked for some salsas and the lady said she already gave me a lot and even though she just threw random ones in without asking me then when I requested the ones I wanted she said there would be a charge if I wanted more. Horrible attitude and service.
