Sorry but it’s trash service here, they don’t attend people waiting to order, they try to push everyone to use the kiosk and half the time there’s only 1 working at a time…. If they don’t want to attend people then board up the desk and put more kiosk that work, but it’s just a lack of respect for people here, especially since there’s a lot of elders that come to this store and they can’t work the kiosk, yet they just push them away to use it…. Sad store

I've gone multiple times this location and the customer service in the drive through is awful. The tone in which they speak to you and after the first item I always ask for they always say "is that it" in a tone as in hurrying you up and not giving you time. The second is the frappe which Iakways come out watery. It's not how is should be. I won't be coming here anymore, it's been too many times where they just continue to fail in both customer service and quality of food.

Went in tonight for a few burgers, two drinks , and some fries.The large sodas had pooled soda on top of the lid that spilled in my car and made a huge mess.My quarter pounder was VERY salty. I'm not to sure what has happened there lately but please make some changes. Food quality has gone down significantly.

Tried to use my code for a deal from the app and the girl must of messed it up and then pulled the “nothing we can do about it card” with a snarky attitude. Guess what? That’s called a bait and switch. Reeling me in with a deal and then denying its existence when I go to order. Another reminder not to go to McDonalds. I knew I shouldn’t have pulled up.

The service at this location is terrible. They consistently get my orders wrong to the point that I joke with my husband that we should say “just throw something in the bag” The drive through workers never apologize for getting orders wrong or making you wait in the penalty box for long delays while they serve people behind you. And they will not let my 18 year old child order if he goes in around the time high school lets out because they say they refuse to serve high school students. I understand that if groups of students come in and are disruptive, it can be difficult for other customers. Then ask them to leave. However refusing to serve one young adult is wrong! Not a good place.

The french fries that I've ordered could've been warmer!! As for the ambiance, NEVER dined here, but it looks clean inside. This young man had CHARGED my credit card the FULL AMOUNT when I handed him my $20 prior to my credit card! Oh my goodness!! HATED waiting LONGER to have his sup or manager RE-DO the payment method!! Used a deal from my McDonald's app to help me save money!

My kids love McDonald's and we frequent this location often. The food is always fresh, great fast service, and seems to always be busy. The vibe is low key and what you expect from fast food places. This place is always clean, there is plenty of seating, and have a decent play place for the kids inside. There is a drive thru, inside dining only, a play place, plenty of parking, curbside pickup, delivery, and counter service. This location seems to always be busy, being it's in a shopping center, and located close to a high school. We utilize the phone application for placing orders, daily discounts/deals, and free rewards. We found doing this and adding a payment option saves a lot of time and having to pay in person. If you use the app, you earn points and are able to use the points for free items. The food is what you expect and always tastes the same no matter what McDonald's you eat at. The kids love the fries, chicken nuggets, and cheeseburgers. Occasionally we will splurge and get them a happy meal. It's open 24 hours and very convenient.

This last time I went there, the automatic order system failed to provide receipts. When my companion inquired about our order, despite the low customer presence, the staff ignored us for about 10 minutes. Another customer faced a similar problem, expressing frustration, and rather than addressing the issue, the staff called the police. It seemed extreme, especially considering the customer was merely asking about his order. I shiver to think that had we expressed our concerns more assertively, they might have taken the same extreme measure with us. It's unsettling how a simple inquiry about an order can escalate to involving the police.

I was given incorrrect change. I spoke with the Manager Martel (Martl , Marcl )who was very rude and hostile. I asked to condiments she did not give me a enough. So after waiting on correct change and not receiving condiments. I go in the store and she takes one look at me and asked another co worker mike I wasnt standing there "whats up with this .. . . Guy " the pause was very deliberate as if she was ferrying to me as something other than a guy(sarcasm ) so then I replied Im looking for grape jelly and Im not a guy Im a customer and she gives me strawberry jelly. I then asked to grape jelly for a third time and she wouldnt look me in my face and she didnt tell me good day or anything. I probably wont return to this location
