Was told they only had one of the strawberry pies that I had ordered (2) . Asked me if I wanted to wait while they made more or opt for apple pie instead. I said if wait and after 10 minutes was asked again the same question. Apparently they never put the strawberry pies to cook. Dining area was very warm. Uncomfortable.

Michelle at 9am this morning sat there with a blank look on her face when my order was wrong, charged for extra hash browns & oj I didn't order. She took ALL hash browns out and gave me my receipt back without a refund. I literally had to tell her what to do and she still got it wrong. Ai cannot happen fast enough cuz Carl's Jr has it and it's always right. This girl was clueless and had no personality or problem solving skills! And the Caucasian taking the order same! Zero personality and got the order wrong! I'm so pissed! The no egg mcmuffins had egg and of course I was charged for it. Rip off for the price shoulda went to Dennys!
