I just want service at bar and the Manager to return! I am sick and tired of the attitudes and lack of service with the current staff members. They ignore everybody and act as if they are doing me a favor to take my order and bring you drinks.I can chose to go anywhere so pls freaking hateful bar tenders!So I am not tipping them anymore. I want the manager to return because everything was amazing with him here. People actually cared and the service was amazing!

First time here. Place is huge! Watched the superbowl Very crowded, but that didn't stop the great service! Food was amazing!

Total NO. We've always had great experiences in southern Cali but this place was bad n every way. Could be more clean for sure. Staff tries, but they don't seem to connect well. Food- empanadas looked great, but they were frozen inside. That did it for us- you can expect your food to be all processed pre- packaged. No freaking way. We left, won't be back.

Good time all around, beer is really good always fun to bring friends and have them do a flight to experience everything. Service and atmosphere is always great as well. Definitely awesome to come and watch a UFC fight here. And without a doubt one of the best burgers that you can find in the San Diego area.

Place and ambience are ok, their big screen tv's make a difference, food is good; but a bit overpriced; in my opinion. Service is good, they have a good amount of variety in their cambucha. But that's it!!

I've visited all Novo's in San Diego and this place is by far the best. I'm a regular at this establishment. Pretty much everything on the menu is delicious, super small portions for the prices but nothing worth braking the wallet. Majority of the staff are Amazing, some I'm assuming must just be their personality. Ambiance is great. It can get a bit loud but come on it's a sports bar, so it's understandable. Love coming here, thank you Leo for always providing awesome hospitality. God bless.

This place is fun and perfect for beers with friends and to watch the Football/Baseball and Basketball games. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I brought someone for the first time and the service SUCKED BIG TIME. I was embarrassed after bragging about it (haha). But I'm a regular, know the owner and will continue to be a customer.

This place has become our local hang out place for happy hour. There is indoor and outdoor seating available, outdoor you always see guests with their lovely pooches by their side. Their staff is always friendly and the food is always good. From their appetizers the yuca fries are so good, calamari, shrimp ceviche, carne asada nachos are all so good. My favorite meal is their costilla de puerco en barbecue! Though the Ensenada plate is my second favorite! If you're a kombucha fan, they got you! Tons of different options. So far I've enjoyed them all. Now, I prefer to sit outside because the inside can be WAY too loud that you can't hear the people you're sitting with at the table. They'll play sports games and when the team scores it's like you're at the stadium in person with the energy of the fans! As for me, I like to enjoy a conversation whilst not having to yell. So with good weather out door seating is best.

Staff was training but super kind and involved. The ceviche was good, small portion even for an appetizer. Salsa appetizer with guac was a good portion for 2-3 people. Sizable amount of tri-color chips. Novo burger with spicy jalapeño sauce was amazing. Perfectly cooked, moist and not greasy or dry at all. Super juicy. The fries weee also the perfect mix of crunchy, seasoned and cooked. Drinks were pretty good as well. Everything was recommended perfectly and would definitely be great for any type of meetup or social group outing.

The ambience was fun for a party and big get togethers would not recommend for kids even though they try to make it kid friendly with their mini arcade cute for day time activities. Beer was great I had the mango it was delicious want to go back and try more!

4 stars for service, food and ambiance. 3 stars for drinks. Service : all employees are friendly. Open seating when you walk in. Super spacious inside. Plenty of tvs to watch sports and lots of room for activities. There's even a kids section tucked away in the corner with a mini playground and arcade games. Food was pretty good! We ordered the carne asada bowl, Ensenada plate and veggie medley for our daughter. All three meals were cooked fresh and flavorful. I love how tender the mahi mahi was for the Ensenada plate and the veggies were too. Soft enough for my toddler to chew. The rice it came with was buttery but tasty. We'd definitely come back for the food! The drinks were interesting. We ordered the passion fruit mojito (sweet, a lot going on), and Brazilian sake (hellla strong). Drinks are strong but a little too much going on for our liking. Their menu selection is huge. Next time we go, we'll try other drinks. We were so hungry, we didn't take pictures. I'll update my review with pictures next time!
