This location is the worst I have visited. Horrible customer service. The girls behind the counter are rude, can not communicate efficiently, and have a problem hiding their facial expressions. This location is overcrowded. The line was out the door, and serving sizes aren't average unless you speak spanish. I will go out of my way to visit a different location from now on.

Super slow for a “Fast food” restaurant..Staff from 7pm and up really don’t care about customer service.Kitchen is always struggling and take forever to have the food ready..They give free drinks away thinking they can fix the problem with that.I love Panda but this location is terrible ?

I am very mad at the service we received today. First of all it's super hot and loud in there so it makes it difficult to order. My daughter had a cub free meal coupon from her school. So when it came to pay the lady Just said to put the coupon there and we saw a little dispenser to put coins with a slit so we assumed we should put it inside the container. Mind you it is loud in there and that's what we understood. What she meant was for us to scan it on the scanner. So once I told her it was inside the container she made a mad face and rolled her eyes. Obviously she was annoyed that we understood incorrectly but it was a simple solution. She grabbed the key for the container, opened it and took out the coupon, simple. But yet she made her face and rolled her eyes. I called the restaurant to speak to a supervisor and no one picked up the phone. I honestly will not go back to this location. I work in customer service and her behavior is unacceptable.

Today we went to buy dinner and while we were in line my son asked me to take his place and get in line and the employee didn't ask anything but just attended to the people behind me which didn't bother me because there wasn't too much of a line and I took another order. After I heard that my son's order was ready, I agreed to pay for the first order and told the cashier that I would pay for the other orders as well and she started scolding me as if it was my fault for ordering again that I shouldn't get out of line and told her I said it's not my problem that the employee didn't ask me if I want something but instead asked the back wings and was very rude as if to say shut up and pay this is the price it's the second time they've been rude

Lupita was extremely rude when I told her I was missing something from my order, she told me I had to make line and I told her I ordered online because I was on a quick break I don't have time plus u were missing a part of my order and she replied idk you gotta make line..I didn't have time so I just left. Very rude unhelpful stuff here i am so upset I am writing a review rather than eating on my break!
