Rude and slow. What’s the point of online ordering if you hide the orders in the back and make people wait for 10 min while you make in-person orders. Just hand me my food it takes 5 seconds. And why do I have to read my entire phone number to pick up food when obviously it’s mine if I know the name? And it’s the only order there? otay lakes location could run circles around you heauxs

Very expensive/OVERPRICED but very stingy with portions. Very small containers. Family Meal is DEFINITELY NOT WORTH IT AT ALL. It was my first at this location and last time at Panda Express. I am done with Panda Express.

I had only a $100 bill, the cashier was very rude to me, she didn’t even count my money back and gave no thank you, just dirty looks. I don’t appreciate the service! I tried to write in but it’s down. Poor

Whoever was working to serve guests and cashier at 12:50 was completely rude and disrespectful that girl does not need to be in customer service nor need to work around food she gave me a dirty look from the start by maybe the way I'm dressed I'm a very kind person it's just a shame how some one belittle someone when there not on the top themselves

The Teriyaki chicken was deliciously tender and well seasoned. The rest of my plate was terrible! The orange chicken was more like orange fried doe (looked like popcorn mini shrimp) . My Chow Mein noodles where all cabbage and with a sprinkle of noodles! What a disappointment! I ordered it via Uber Eats so I didn't have the option of seeing it before I received or I would have said something to them right there and then! Truly need to live up to what he food should be because for $20.12 this was expensive garbage (with the exception of the teriyaki chicken).

Yeah, normally don't do this but something needs to change here. I walked in behind 2 other customers and they hardly had anything. The guy that take your order says he "has to call it" which I don't know what that means but I assumed you have to summons the dish to be made! So of course everyone ordered the items that needed to be made so that's 8-10 minutes. My order took longer to make the cooks were talking in Spanish about where they were going out tonight! So that's more important. I saw 7 people waiting for Orange Chicken, Noodles, and Beef and Broccoli. But that took longer cause apparently cleaning the restaurant was more important then making sure the orders were getting served. Ambiance was dirty still at the end of the night. And the manager or supervisor had a clip board and walked around the area and fridge. People after us had to settle what was there so they wouldn't wait. Just not worth it. Just drive down the street to the Eastlake one. Way better! Writing this review made my evening better. So I was very unsatisfied

Bad customer service. I come here every week to get my Dad's favorite veggie rolls. I also order the cream cheese rangoons for my kids. Every time I request the two orders to be separated they get irritated. Today I specifically told her to separate the veggie rolls and Rangoons but she still combined it. It's like it's the hardest thing to do. And when I order an entree that is low they also get irritated. I guess it means they have to cook more. I will stop coming here and go to the Eastlake Panda Express.

Today I had a bad experience I walked in 2 team members are too busy talking to each other made eye contact with me did. Did.not say anything I had to wait about a minute till a other team member came out. To see what I needed I got my food and she forgot my sauce I asked for. But I did check before I left. The chicken was cold. The spicy shrimp was good rice was good just not the service!!!!
