Been going to here for years. Was really looking for to Shrimp Soup, especially since I had it over the weekend, and it was really good. Tonight, the taste was different, too tomato-ie. The broth tasted like a hot shrimp cocktail. As such, ask for a different soup, since I figured another of same would be from same batch. So Order albondigas. However, it was no better, it literally was made from same broth, just with now with albondigas instead of shrimp. It would not be surprise if they took my original soup, and just replaced shrimp with abondigas…really disappointing. Sad part was Manager was present, and not once offered any apologies.Guess customers are always wrong at this restaurant …

Just visited this place and ordered a "Siete Mares" soup (caldo) and the "Eastlake" omelette. The vegetables in the soup were raw and hard. The beans and potatoes that came with the omelette had NO flavor. The service was decent. Yet, after bringing to the waiter's attention the issues described. He just heard us, he did not make any effort to better the situation. The quality here is clearly a hit or miss. Nonetheless a huge disappointment!

I frequent this place because of the food, great music, awesome ambience, and the staff is amazing! I usually sit at the bar and the bartender Ana is such a sweetie, she's always very attentive to the entire room and is never too busy to have a quick chat and laugh. I definitely tell some horrible jokes, but I couldn't tell because she makes everyone feel so at home with her little chuckles. This will definitely be the kind of place that I will continue to visit for a long long time.

Service was awful waiter forgot our food and then never came back to table to check up or to see if we wanted anything eles it's like we were being ignored she was walking past us to other tables except our had to flag someone down for the check because we finished our meal and waited obviously she wasn't coming back or to check on us but the location was good nice vibe and the food was ok needed some flavor but thats all it lacked on, wish I could of tasted the appetizers I ordered but she forgot to put the orders in what a bummer wish I could remember her name she had tight leather pants, short black hair,and huge lips lol steer clear from her fyi....

The food here is absolutely spectacular. I can't even begin to explain how delicious, each and every bite was. They have a large menu, so there are many different options to choose from and I bet absolutely everything is wonderful. The mango margarita tasted like they made fresh mango juice specifically for me. I can't wait to come back.
