Ran in bc another pho restaurant up the street completely ignored me when I asked for a take out order.. This was fresh delicious gentleman was so kind & I'm eating leftovers next day as I type this. Delicious !!! Closer to home easier to access. Plenty of parking!!

I’m very furious leaving this place I brought my son who’s 3 years old and he was playing with the spoon I get it he loves to drum. But when the server came and start yelling at my son. HEY YOU CANT DONT DO THAT !!!! And kept on staring and wait for him to do with a nasty look. I couldn’t help but told the server you know what I can’t eat here I’m goin to leave. And approached us in a rudely manner and the person from the kitchen basically went out also. I said you can’t talk to my kid like that and he said yelling you don’t teach your kid manner. He is 3 years old you nearly traumatized him !! He said get of here LEAVE ! he is very rude. We had a man listening to us the whole entire time outside he event felt bad and he agreed with us. I left crying the place of how I am very upset. Once I was leaving I saw the man we were talking to went inside and approached them also. Never ever going back here again definitely not kid friendly !!

Service was horrible. You come to the front, not even a greeting but only with a question: "Did you need something? Food was not as great.
I come here often and have always enjoyed the food but after tonight I will never come back. My family and I had just finished our food and it tasted great no issues with the food or service until I saw the employee bus a table who left. He kept the plate with sprouts and basil and put it on top of the cart he had. I found that odd being that normally food is thrown in the trash that's with the cart he was pushing. I had a clear shot to the kitchen where I was sitting and I witnessed him grab the plate and put it to the side next to the food line. Absolutely disgusting! I got up to walk to the bathroom to verify that was the plate it was sitting there not thrown in the trash. There is no other reason why that would be saved unless they planned on reusing it.

The vegan Pho was amazing! Specially the Bok Choy, which melts in your mouth. I wish it came with more noodles+tofu. The old man was nice :)

Honestly I am a bit shocked, I went in to order to go, spent over $50 dollars and when I was checking my receipt I noticed a few of the items were not what I had ordered, so I went to check with the man at the front, he seemed annoyed about me asking him and I told him that we ordered this item instead of the one he charged me and he was like it's the same price and I asked him about another item and he was like yeah it's what you ordered, I'm sorry I just want to make sure I don't get the wrong order. And when my food was ready I go up to him and ask him if all the bags an are mine and he says yes, I go to pick them up and yells at me not that one. I used to come here when I worked security in the property but not anymore. He just seemed annoyed to be doing his job.

I have eaten here twice. First time, I ordered pad Thai and chicken egg rolls. Everything tasted great, except chicken in pad Thai was overcooked. 2nd visit I had shrimp pho. Very deliscious. Would order again.
