I had ordered from the app for the new wings they have, I did the 6 free wing offer. I order and from through the app and surprise surprise they didn’t have the wings because their kitchen was closed. Wish I didn’t get the option to order it if it wasn’t available. They told me to contact support through the app which was an even bigger mess. I just want my wings man

I don't leave reviews but this location has not once got my order correctly since it's opened up either I'm missing items or wrong items. Not once it's so annoying having to drive back to get the order fixed at this point I rather just leave a review until they get it right because they have been open long enough to get some training done.

I've been to this one 2 times, both times a young man, probably like 19,early twenties, has given the most courteous and attentive customer service. He has a warm smile and is very patient ☺️. I give credit where it's deserved. He totally deserves ?Kid-friendliness: Super goooood
It's the first time I've been given such disgusting mashed potatoes. I really don't understand why the workers do this. Maybe it was racist since I'm Latina. If so, she needs professional help since her lack of intellect is not my fault, it is a total lack of respect for food, the worst thing is that my little daughter realized how dangerous it is ⚠️. I will definitely never eat there again, disgusting ?.If you don't like your job, quit ?

Popeyes has impressed me, and their night time employees deserve special recognition for exceptional customer service. The staff yesterday night on January 30, 2024 were efficient, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure a positive experience. The food was as delicious as ever, and the employees' dedication to providing top-notch service made my visit truly enjoyable. Kudos to Kayla, Luis, and the night time team at Popeyes for setting a high standard in fast food hospitality! Now the day time crew is a whole other story. They need more help...
