Let me just say the food was awful! We ordered the chimichanga plate, the monster burrito and the flautas with a side of rice and absolutely nothing tasted good. Not sure who makes this food but this is awful. Also, not sure what kind of meat they use but it wasn't steak. I will not be returning to this place.

I just try out this place knowing that PIZZO'S bought them out. We tried the monster breakfast burritos and here are my thoughts. They are pretty good in size, however the potatoes are too big, the ham appears to be like spam and does not taste fresh, and it had NO flavor, including the red and green sauce. I was looking forward to this place being "new and improved" and I walk-in away with disappointment. I am giving this place 2 stars for the nice customer service and it's promptness. I'm going back to Lolitas!!

I had just visited this place within the week and I had experienced terrible customer service from the manager of the place that was working the counter at the time. She told me and a few of my friends that we had no belonging of being there after trying to order our food. She told us that it wasn’t the place for us and told us to leave. If someone asked me if this Los Primos was a good place to eat I would immediately say no and give them the reasons provided. On top of the terrible customer service some of my friends had ordered a California monster burrito and they showed expressions of disappointment and unsatisfactory. There was a max of around maybe 5 pieces of meat. We then wondered why there was such little meat in the burrito and they said they put 8oz of meat. As we saw this was a lie. This then leads me to saying that when we went back to ask them to remake it or give our money back they denied both options. She then told us we needed to contact corporate if we had complaints. Again I would never recommend this place to anyone if they wanted to dine in or take out!!!

Worst costumer service ever!! Very rude lady working at the counter who is supposedly the manager. She ruined our order, which we then asked to either receive our money back or have them make a new monster burrito and she was denying our requests. We were then told to call the corporation for further complaints or details!! Would recommend to never go to this location.

If I could give this zero I would. First the customer service in non- existent. And second, the food is mediocre at best. Customer service: We stopped by and ordered at 6:46 pm and before the cashier took our order she started by saying "keep in mind we close at 7:45." Well, the sign on the door says at 8pm. I'm not sure what about my party led the cashier to believe that we would hang out at a taco shop with a toddler for over one hour? The reason we chose that place today was to support local and to grab a quick bite. So that comment hinting for us not to stay beyond 7:45 was really a turn off especially when it was accompanied by a rude tone and unwelcoming body language. Food: The steak tacos did not seem like grilled steak as one would expect of carne asada street tacos. They were more of a pre cooked beef with cumin that they warmed up to make the taco. The way the tortillas was dipped in who-knows-what kind of oil that made both tortillas stick was a bit gross to me. Overall, they claim to have been in business for 20 years and I suspect that is for several reasons. The best one being that they specialize in burritos, which I didn't have, and those burritos may be good. The most reasonable is that they have been switching locations and employees because a place like this cannot last long. No wonder it was dark and empty. When the restaurant chooses not to turn on the lights to cut costs, they are visible hurting. My suggestion would be to start making customers feel welcomed.
Just tried this place for the first time and I'll definitely be coming back.I ordered a Carne Asada Burrito and it was delicious.I love their Guacamole and their hot sauces are super good especially the red one. Great flavor. In my opinion that says a lot about a taco shop. Crappy salsa usually the food isn't as good. But this place has awesome salsa. The tortilla they used was VERY good as well Very fresh. Good service as well. Overall a great experience. Really nice mall too.

I got a bean and cheese burrito an there was more cheese then beans and the cheese was really cold abd not even melted we also got a chile reano burrito And they said it wqs only chile and cheese but then there was rice so it turned out to be a we burrito mostly rice a piece of chlie and no cheese the staff were nice the food was not super bumbed are rare night out to eat.

I love the location it's super close to my house and Starbucks is right there so easy to pick up a burrito to have with my coffee. For some reason they only allow 2 salsas per burrito and I like extra sauce. I offered to pay extra but the cashier didn't seem to understand or simply didn't care. The customer service is poor, unfortunately. Burritos are okay but with restaurants asking for your business during these difficult times I'd rather go somewhere else. This place doesn't seem to care about their customers. Mexican food is a dime a dozen in Chula Vista! 2 stars simply because the burrito was decent.
