Decent tea and boba spot, but very limited on choice of items to buy. However, the tea, boba, and waffles are tasty and reasonably priced. It is located in a convenient spot right off the freeway and near other stores and restaurants. It is easy to get in and out with plenty of parking. Service is good. Will likely be returning.
Enjoyed my standard milk tea with boba from this R&B location. Able to order through iPad system or at the register, customize all items including sweetness and ice. I found the 50% sweet was good. Pearls have the correct texture and sweetness although not as much quantity put in each cup as other places which would be the only improvement. Tea was not from powder and had nice flavor. Although enjoyed I think their fruit based teas are even better. Drink was ready in just a couple mins, would return! About $7 all in for the drink

1st off I'm impressed by the drinks here! Coming from Vegas, this place is even better than the boba places there. Hokkaido milk tea and the Vietnamese coffee was very tasty and not too sweet. It got pretty busy at 8pm, but definitely worth the lil wait. The red envelopes that they gave out for Lunar New Year was so cute, pretty happy they let us use the free topping we got.

Clean and neat and simple design place. Boba is soft and chewy! Very good! I ordered none sweet taro stormy with boba. Love that it's not packed with fake sugar. My husband's 30% sweetness matcha milk tea was excellent too. They only have 1 size available. Also no restroom for customer so it's more of a grab and go place even though they have seatings. Will be back for another drink some time since I live 2 miles away only!

Love this place. People always hyped up the one in Convoy area, so I'm glad there's one closer to home. Love that you can control sweetness and ice for lots of the drinks. Staff is so friendly, and store is so cute and clean!
