Margaritas were great! Try the flight! All of our food came out lukewarm, I'm not sure if that was intentional or not, but it caused our food to get cold very easily. They just updated their menus for the better, I believe. If you want some Red Lobster you know what you're getting into.

We absolutely LOVE this particular Red Lobster. Sometimes, the wait is extreme, but we just go elsewhere when that is an issue. The staff has been very positive and always seems to want to ensure you have a positive eating experience! The bathroom is always clean and tidy!Parking: There is a free parking structure as well nearbyKid-friendliness: They have a kids menu with great options. Kids get to pick their own sides and drinks and dessert. The waitstaff have always been attentive to our 5y.o. nephews needs.Wheelchair accessibility: There is only about 3 designated spots up front, which is definitely not enough. There are free parking spots that could be used to accommodate more handicapped

Crab legs and lobster were fantastic. The steak had a hard vein of fat right down the middle of it. It was disappointing because we paid extra for the steak type.

My recent dining experience at Red Lobster, situated at 598 H St, was an unmitigated disaster. Under the helm of General Manager Antonio Manzano, this establishment has plummeted into a pit of ineptitude and negligence.Upon entering, we were greeted by the cordial facade of our waitress, Isabela, who, despite her efforts, failed to salvage the sinking ship of service. We endured an excruciating wait for our table, only to be met with further delays in receiving our drinks. My wife's repeated attempts to order her preferred beverage were met with incompetence, forcing her to settle for a substitute.As we awaited our entrees, the passage of time stretched into eternity. When our dishes finally arrived, they were served sporadically and, to add insult to injury, cold. My steak, ordered with anticipation, was a ghastly sight – dry, flavorless, and bereft of the promised butter on the lobster.Our grievances, voiced to management with a glimmer of hope, were met with a tepid response. Despite their attempts at rectification, the errors persisted, culminating in the farcical scenario of having to procure our own to-go container as if we were scavenging for scraps.Furthermore, our dining experience was marred by the unsanitary presence of another patron dining barefoot, a blatant disregard for basic hygiene that was met with apathy by the restaurant staff.As a longtime patron, I am utterly dismayed by the egregious decline in both quality and service at Red Lobster. This experience has extinguished any desire to return, and I urge others to heed my warning and steer clear of this establishment. What a shameful descent into mediocrity.

I went for the Ultimate shrimp special and I was actually able to eat six types of shrimp. I love their bread and since I was a child I have been going to this restaurant every two or three years and I always enjoy the food and the service. I hope another year doesn't pass before I go because their menu is worth it.

I did not know that you could getSuch an awful meal.We had the Steak and Lobster. The steak was inedible. Tough tough tough. Dry lobster. Didn’t get the only edible part of the meal (the bread)did not arrive till half way through the meal. All around horrible experience. Felt for wait staff having to work there.Shame on you for serving such bad food.Never again.

I can see why they are closing alot of restaurants in the US. The cost has gone up but the quality of food went down. The service has gone down as well. When your food arrives before you even get waters and bay biscuits was ridiculous, especially when I kept asking my server for our drinks for 15 minutes plus. My wife didn't get her broccoli until she finished the rest of her meal, even after asking our server twice for it. The one we used to go to suddenly closed which stinks because the food was always cooked better than this location and the staff gave better service. They actually seemed to like their job and enjoyed working there. Looks like we won't be going to Red Lobster much anymore, especially with this last meal and driving 20 minutes farther than our usual location that closed.

I had an amazing time my server Juan R was so amazing he kept checking on me made sure I was good. He was always smiles and made sure my drink was filled. I had the lobster x2 with a shrimp pasta a mac and cheese side dish. The mac and cheese was so salty I couldn't even eat it. I also had a potato with lobster topping now that was the so delicious the lobster was good but alittle tough to eat. Although some of my food wasn't the best my server made my day anyways. The chocolate wave with ice cream was tremendous. I really hope when I go again Juan will be my server crossing fingers.

This location has gone downhill. Seems like a younger new staff that spends more time cracking jokes rather than taking the job seriously. The little bit of quality the food had has since been lost however the price has gone up.

Very very disappointed with this Red Lobster. I waited at the unoccupied front desk for almost 4 - 5 long minutes before I shouted out for help. It was if they were on minimum staff day. The food took just over 30 minutes to arrive after ordering and it was disappointingly drab. I had the all u can eat Shrimp and couldn't eat it all, because it was warm, not hot and looked like it had been sitting on the counter for a few days waiting for somebody to take it to a table. I'm a Red Lobster fan, but I won't go back to that particular Red Lobster, ever!!!
