I enjoy my visits to my favorite Robeks. I always feel like I am having an experience when coming here. So grateful that they offer happy hour specials for our community. This place is always clean and the customer service is excellent. The owner is very thoughtful and sweet.

They raised their prices and now this place isn't worth it. I looked at the prices of other locations and they're cheaper. Owner is money-hungry and greedy.TIP: Buy some frozen fruit from target and make 4-5 smoothies for less than the price of one smoothie from this place.

Terrifying experience!! I ordered a smoothie from here with an ingredient I am allergic to swapped for another, and I had paid extra for this ingredient to be added, along with a few others and yet none were added. Unsuspectingly I took a drink from the smoothie and tasted something different than I spit it out. Then moments later I had an allergic reaction in my mouth and my throat, with a difficulty swallowing and pain as well. I am disappointed because I paid extra for ingredients to be added which were not, and two that they did not remove the ingredient I had asked to be removed from the smoothie.

I've had the Açaí smoothie and the bowls and they both were excellent! The staff is very kind and helpful. The Chula Vista location is always clean and has the BEST GRANOLA!

BAD acai!It taste like water and it turns liquid very quickly. They blend the acai with ICE. Have never seen this before.
Showed up during a normal business day during normal business hours and they were closed. Just a hastily handwritten paper sign that said closed and be back tomorrow on the door. Disappointing and unprofessional.

I went to this Robeks and I was impressed, I was helped by a very nice employee named Angel. He's such a sweat heart, he was very patient with me and let me know what they had on there menu. He made the atmosphere so heavenly and he made me such a great drink. That Angel is amazing, thank you very much.

Not the warmest of greetings. Wasn't confident in recommending a drink. After my order was ready, she just placed it on the counter, turned and walked away saying thank you as her back was to me. I didn't feel comfortable thanking a person's behind.

The following is to bring awareness to the person managing the afternoon team: address to your employee to have their hair combed. The long unkempt bangs that dangle by her face - created a fear of some hair falling into my drink as they were making it. Hair was very disheveled, and the bangs nearly covered their face causing them constantly move it away from their face and well they were making my drink in the process. Everything else was great.
