This location probably has the slowest cooks out of all the other rubios in SD. Took forever for a single shrimp taco. The lead Anna was great though. She was taking orders and running food all by herself and still had a positive attitude and amazing smile.

This is the 4th time I visit this Rubio's location in Chula Vista (Rancho del Rey) and honestly had to write a review because the staff and management are amazing! Friendliness goes a long way but also their quickness and knowledge helps!!!

I ordered a fish taco and they only put two pieces of shrimp by mistake so the taco looked kind of sad. I mentioned it to an employee and he didn't argue. He told this other girl about it and she said to just give me more shrimp. I only wanted one more but they gave me 3 more. No complaints I ate them all. But the 5 stars are because after making a mistake instead of arguing they quickly solved it with no problem. Thank you for that. The food and the tea was great.
