Wow! What an improvement! Security guard was so nice and friendly for Taste of Third event. The bartender helping out, he was great! My friend liked the whiskey sour they gave out but to me it tasted like vomit and regret. I would have picked the Mexican Candy drink instead to try. They had live music that was not deafening it was nice! We gave them a tip!

Ordered 3 jack and cokes. When tab came they had charged us $8 bucks ea for the whiskey AND $4 bucks for each drink separately for just the soda. So paid $12 extra for a splash of Coke for a total of $36 for 3 drinks. Charging for soda, really!! Who does this!? I'll never go back. That's outrageous!

This is a local dive bar in Chula Vista on 3rd Avenue. They were featured in Bar Rescue. The ambience... well it's a dive bar. They have good prices on drinks and no food. Nice staff and they have karaoke on Tuesdays.

i love this place! staff is amazing! love the bartenders and security. ashley, who leads karaoke, is amazing, but her fill in (whose name I'm not sure of) has been incredibly rude to my friends and I the few times hes been here. place could use some sprucing up to the walls, tables, etc. OVERALL my favorite place to hit up!

Do not go here. Security and bartenders are not vigilant and the owner doesn't do anything to protect the safety of their customers. They continue to serve drunk customers and when they finally do kick them out. They let them hang around outside instead of calling the police when the customers are victims of violence. The security is useless. People leaving the bar to go home get harassed and beat up by the same drunk customers that were kicked out. It's happened twice in the last 5 months. This place is not worth getting beat up for. There are better bars in downtown Chula Vista.
Jerry is a 10/10. So kind and we really appreciate him! A great security man and a great guy! The place is great and should def come!

It was great! had to check this place out, as I was in the area visiting! the bartenders were great, drinks were great. overall being from newengland this bar felt normal. Reminded me of all the old school dives I went to as a little kid with my pops! keep up the great work.
