The staff here are always friendly, but lately our drinks have been wrong, today my husband had no half and half in his americano, and I ordered the Christmas Crème Brielle latte and had no topping, I spoke to their barista, who argued with me about it. Saying that it had sunk to the bottom. But it was iced and hadn’t got the raised lid for any topping. Eventually she added the topping but I didn’t come to pay $6 for an argument! Not happy!
Always great customer service, every time i come to order they are so kind and happy to serve even with all my add ons! Angel is such a sweetheart, always wishing the best. My favorite Starbucks by far!

I was a bit disappointed! ☹️ Employee simply looked right past me; although I stood 2 Feet from him & waited until he was done with the customer in front of me & then stared at him While he Assisted a customer who walked up after me & was waiting in line behind me!
