I went there to get coffee and asked if it was hot. They said yes. I get back to the office across the street and sip it and it's cold. So lame. They cant even get coffee temps right.

Just not happy with the servers they just don't listen to what the customer what's I ask with light ice and it's the second time the do it and not only that they get upset and put less of what I ask and just put more milk and my drink just tastes like milk bad servers need to pay attention and stop talking between

i came here today to get a black tea lemonade and i've never had worst drink at Starbucks. i asked if by chance it was just black tea without lemonade and she didn't even make eye contact and said "no". she just took the already watered down drink poured 1/3 of it out and filled it to the top with the lemonade concentrate. it barely had a few ice cubes and she didn't remix it or add more. the ratios were totally off and tasted nothing like the drink i order multiple times a week. her attitude was horrible so i just kept it and left to not deal with them again. not coming back here when i see her working anymore :(

Great attention, everything very fast except that the tables are super dirty, but as I always comment, not everything depends on the workers, but if they have to supervise, I had to clean the table where I was going to work.

The Starbucks inside target has horrible workers always rude and moody. I work at the mall and have no choice but to go to that Starbucks. Zero customer service what's so ever and for no apparent reason.

I went in on my birthday like I do every year to redeem my Starbucks drink the cashier kept talking over me as I was trying to tell her that I’m redeeming my birthday drink. So then she proceeds to try and charge me for it. Then I’m waiting for my drink and it comes out and looks like water with pink food coloring in it basically nothing like what I would get somewhere else. It tastes like water with a splash of lemonade.
We went there last day to have some coffee and the service was good thanks.

Bad customer service. Employees don't keep fresh coffee by brewing new pot on time (Starbucks sbould give priority to coffee - its quality, freshness). I asked to make me a fresh pot, and they refused it offering me some other options. I know what I want. I'm Starbucks customer for over 15 years now, and the only reason I kept going to Starbucks is the quality of coffee.Tell to your employees (Carmen and other hispanic looming girl - worked on 06/06/21 at 4pm. to treat cuctomers with respect, and make sure they have fresh coffee.
